If you guys awaiting cv based interview are complaining, what do you say to the August batch that have been waiting for 8 months to be called for the next batch? Pls relax and put your trust in God.

I am assuming these dangote people that were screaming that those who haven't got their passports should go it are on vacation now. I remember vividly the Hr telling us then @ d psychometric stage that the training should have commenced since (& dat was in Nov'15) 3 months ago. Also, those awaiting medical invitew were also assured by "ashaf" last month that they will be called in February...today is Feb19 so you know. My advice as advised by Dangote Hr ...take your mind off it...go on with other plans, apply for other jobs, get married, have kids, stop waiting endlessly and putting your life on hold for dangote. @sashaF, I was surprised to hear that the other guy got a medical invite yesterday morning. Pls can u confirm this with your reliable source and inquire about others still awaiting medicali invites. Thank you.

@ cescotti, thanks for the info. I would like to know how soon the next batch will be sent their medic invite ...if you know and also concerning the first batch been trained abroad...you should know that the first batch still include those of us awaiting the medic invite. No one will receive their offer letter until all the successful candidates in this first batch which includes the next batch to be called for medicals have been tested and it is the successful candidates that will actually form the "first batch". Note that I was called by a lady from dangote on thursday asking for my date of birth and the next day medici invites started rolling out. What she told me as you rightly said was they were still working on the list and that I will be contactedv very soon. It is very likely that their medical facility cannot accommodate everyone for this first week and that is why I am expecting the next invite by this Friday or latest next week. This is how Shell also do their medical tests for successful candidates, but they do not send anyone offers until everyone has done their medical test.
Pls note that a first class graduate who actually got to shell's medical stage was dropped due to some reasons best known to them...so attaining this stage is not an automatic yes to you getting your offer. Good luck to everyone that had theirs today and those still waiting to have theirs this week and those awaiting the medic invites.

Hi everyone. Got a call this afternoon from a lady from Dangote asking me to confirm if she was talking to ?..........(my name). I confirmed and she asked if I could supply my date of birth. I did and she said she will get back to me very soon and then ended the call. Pls has anyone else gotten a similar call? Am from Aug batch...(executive trainee......Elect Engineering)gone through all the 4 stages to psychometric stage.

1. Group discussion
2. Interview

So please where did u get your psychometricr tests from. All those other evaluations have been carried out. And concerning the HR interview some people are talkjng about, were you not aware at your interview that the panel comprised of technical(Indian) personnel and Nigerian lady or guy who was representing HR. The next mail you will receive will be an offer or a regret mail.
