I am having the same issues, mine was with custom since 3rd of Oct, the item was sent from the UK, have you tried to tracked your item at trackitonline.ru

yes I have just still showing “ in customs “ this nipost just have the same statement they tell people to give them hope but it’s obvious they don’t know much at all . This is frustrating !!!

Please I haven’t still received my package been with customs since 11th been calling Nipost they keep sayin custom has plenty goods to clear which sounds like normal stories they tell people. The custom guys are crazy. My cousin was charged 34k custom fees for a 132k phone he bought at Aliexpress. Phone weighed only 700g. They don't charge you based on the weight, but rather on their warped perceived cost of product imported. Dude refused to pay, post office had to ship it back to China. He got refunded. Case closed.

I had to contact the company and I was told to track my item on nipost again which I did today n it shows it was sent to custom. Please how long does it take to leave custom office ? Will I be charged custom fee for a 12kg dress form and price estimate if you know please ? Or do you think it has already gone straight to the post office ? I have been reading a lot of stories here and I am already at alert to follow up with my package . Thank you and expecting a response .
