The claims suggesting that Creatrix Empire is a negative place to work are far from accurate. In fact, Creatrix Empire is a welcoming and supportive company that values its employees and fosters a positive working environment. I say this on many ground viz

Employee-Centric Culture: Creatrix Empire prioritizes its employees' well-being, offering competitive compensation packages, opportunities for professional growth, and a supportive work-life balance. While I was there, there are many internal activities that we engage on that usually brings staff together. I cherish those moments ehn. But life has to move on to another calling...

Inclusive and Diverse: The company celebrates diversity and fosters an inclusive workplace, ensuring that employees from all backgrounds feel respected and valued. Though I had left, that practice is still very much in place..

Employee Testimonials: Numerous current and former employees have shared positive experiences working at Creatrix Empire, emphasizing the camaraderie, mentorship, and growth opportunities available. There are still many of us that attends the company's events toll date. I was still at their Award night for one of their brainchild, the Uncutxtra Awards... In fact, all roads to Tera Kulture this November. 🤓

Well, form me... I think people can have their separate isolated events that makes them feel hurt but I don't think it is consistent to now generalize it to spoil my treasured moments both as an employee and partner. Abeg jare... I still stay close some of my folks who are still there... Not severing ties ever. They always means well...but I'm not saying it was all rosy too sha. There are moments we call ourselves to order in order to improve or meet our targets or achieve some time-bound deliverables.

Anyways sha... it's clear that the defamation regarding working at Creatrix Empire does
not align with the actual experiences of its employees, and the company remains a desirable workplace for many individuals.
