I'm interested sir,Pls continue

When I see these 'how to....' and '10 things to look out for when....' list, I get pissed because they usually are stupid but I must say you got it right (or at least almost did). The fact however remains that nothing is set in stone and I have seen people with these qualities mess their marriages up while those that we thought won't meet up made it.
In the ideal case though, this is a list I'd have sworn was written off my head.
