Please i got married last year and all my documents are in my name i want to apply for a passport but i don't want to bear my husbands suname in my passport and he is going to be my dependant in my student visa application we have a marriage certificate. will this by anyway affect our chances of visa approval

I want to apply for my msc in uk can i start my application without having my transcript currently with me. I recently just requested for transcript just 2days ago from my uni. And i don't know if i must have my transcript first before i can apply to any school
