You know the work permit specifications that governs a study permit. So, try to ensure your employment with the employer in Canada doesnt violate it.

I will advice to be on the safe side, you can talk about the merits of working in an accounting firm in general but don't say your sponsor has offered you a job in his firm already. The visa officer might interpret it as you are not interested in studying but japaing to work and stay.

As an international student applying for a study permit, you are expected to demonstrate career and academic advancement as the reason why you are coming to Canada even though the primary goal is to japa.

Mentioning either MBA or Msc doesn't show to the visa officer you are coming to Canada to advance your last academic status. Hence why I said you will not be fulfilling your purpose of visit.

My dad is late , my mum does not earn much , but i have been working in the hospitality industry even before my died passed on and saved some money, but now my sister husband is willing to provide his bank statement and sponsor my living expenses, my question is how do i prove relation , what supporting document can provide to prove that it is genuine

You are to include pictures of yourself and sis with the husband. If you have wedding pix, you can include it. Marriage certificate of you sis and hubby, your sis birth certificate before she married her hubby if it's available, letter of consent from your sis confirming her relationship with you and to her husband, letter of support from the hubby also confirming the same story written by your sis in the letter of consent.

Is the uci number the same with the Study Permit uci number? If yes, no need for the medicals. It's the same medical examination tests and procedures done for both work and study permits

Your academic history should be your bsc and transcript. No need to include the already acquired masters.

I will advice wen applying for the visa, DO NKT MENTION YOU HAVE A MASTERS ALREADY otherwise, you might be denied on purpose of visit

When you get to the port of entry, ensure you show the officer the new admission letter so that your study permit will start from the date on the new admission letter

While A C B is the arrangement on my waec result instead of the A B C

the name on your international passport is the only recognised name by IRCC since its a signed doc from the government. Therefore, you can write an affidavit with the same arrangement on your international passport to show it is the same name as that on the waec.

Are you apply for a diploma or an Ontario College Graduate Certificate (PGD)? If it's the PGD, you need a transcript. if it's diploma, you waec should suffice.

Is the name on your international passport same as the one on your waec. You can do an affidavit of name but it must tally with the name on your international passport

There is no specific format.

All you need to do is write an official letter asking for an extension on your tuition payment as a result of delays in Form A approvals by CBN. You can attach evidence to show when you submitted the form a.

I will also advise you seek another means of paying because schools don't give more than 2weeks for an extension and form A might take longer than that.
