I am from India and am in a messed up stage. I have jst gone through a rough patch in life and have got divorce from a very very abusive husband. I have ended a 4 yr old relationship with a person who used to physically abuse me. My company knew of my situation and helped me secure an L category visa. I cld not go immediately when the visa was issued as i was going through the Visa proceedins. I am pregnant right now and dont want to lose this baby . I want the baby to be born in  a new environment away from India. I am nearing 28th week. My brother and my parents are in the US. I hhavesufficient funds to go through with the pregnancy and plus i have the job also. I jst have a doubt --
Will there be problems at the POE as i am pregnant.
What will be the probable questions at POE.
MY doctor has done a scan and has issued a letter stating I am fit to travel and work.
Kindly help me with your valuble comments as I want to end this tension ful life in India and start afresh with my baby.

The 4 yrs of marriage were very very horrible for me as i was undergoing a lot of physical torture. Now i am out of it. The company where I work understood my situation and has given me an L category visa. Now my doubt is tht, bcoz of the divorce proceedings i cld not go to US immediately. Now tht i am free i am able to go. I am pregnant right now and have sufficient funds to support my delivery and plus i will b working in US. my brother is already in US and my parents are on visiting visa. so all hve asked me to come over to US.
now i jst want to know till wchich week can i enter US.
Wht is the procedure at POE. pls guide. Will they ask a lot of questions.
How are pregnant women judged. Do they hve doctors who will check them at the airport or wht is the procedure.
I really hve to get out frm India as this is the last chance i hve left for a peaceful life.
