XGhost:
I addressed all 3 factors you pointed out. Cost of startup is integral cos that to a large extent influences your break-even point. If I enter at a lower price point than you with marginally higher operating cost, I will most likely break even before you. For perspective, it will take me 160 days of buying petrol of 5k daily to spend 800k on petrol. Parts of the S40 as far as I know are at par or cheaper than the Corolla. Plus build quality of both cars cannot be compared at all. Superior build quality usually translates to better durability. So make of these what you will. Good thing you know how much a corolla costs and I've shown proof of mine. Numbers never lie bro how much did you bought the S40 and please can you help us with some pictures of the interior of the car because due to your analysis some of us are interested 1 Like |

By popular demand...
There are 2 main avenues of running the business on a small scale which I’m going to mention here.
1. Bulk Breaking: This form of beer (drinks supply) business simply means you rent a shop in a busy area, the shop doesn’t have to be too big but spacious enough to contain at least 200 crates.
What you do is buy the drinks from a Distributor at a price called (Ex-Brewery) and resell at maximum of #200 gain per crate. E.g. Cost Price - Trophy - #2,000 & Selling Price - #2,200.
In this case, you don’t need too much logistical support as people will come and buy from you.
I can promise you that in no time you’ll get your customers if you are patient.
Please note, this business is not a “get rich quick” scheme but it can offer you a part to financial freedom if you’re disciplined and can guarantee you an income even in your 70s.
2. Vending: This basically requires using a Car, Keke or Bus to supply beer palour, lounge and even events.
The difference with the Bulkbreaking is that it requires physical strength and ability to drive. The advantage is that it offers you quick turnover and even with 10 customers you’re good to go!
Please don’t mind the pictures ooo, I’m a different person when the hustle enter body
And lastly, #500,000 is more than enough...
The last 2 images are details of my withdrawals (after expenses) from my PiggyVest Wallet.
Further enquires can be directed to 07064753126 (Whatsapp/Call). I’m usually available between 8am-11am and 5pm - 11pm as my afternoon are usually very hectic! Am very grateful bro, am really interested in that no. 2 |

GOTVee: As a born again Christian who is meant to speak the truth at all times, I'm ashamed of the level of hypocrisy displayed by we southerners especially we Christians in this incessant calls for Pantami's resignation. What has pantami done wrong for God's sake? How many of us don't have some misdeeds in the past? Why can't we practice the teachings of our lord Jesus christ who admonished us to love our neighbors as ourselves? When Nnamdi Kanu formed IPOB that later metamorphosed into a terrorist group we southerners were supporting him. Kanu was tried and convicted and became a fugitive yet we kept supporting him. Pantami has never been convicted nor tried in any court yet we are calling for his head. Are we not meant to be our brothers keeper? What proof do we Christians have to call him an extremist just because he mandated us to register for NIN. Why this sudden media trial and blackmail? Why can't we emulate northerners who always stand by themselves no matter what? Are we not ashamed that our country's name is been dragged in the mud by this baseless accusations? Pantami is going no where. We have terrible people amongst we Christians too but we shield them rather than call them out. Sometimes I'm ashamed to be a Christian. Honestly you are a fool you are not a Christian, are you not aware that Pantami was a fan of Osama bin-laden and also a fan of a terrorist group called Taliban. you are just an ignorant. 1 Like |

The thing shock me too o
In my 6 months on ehailing, I've changed hub twice( same side) changed linkage, control arm bushing, changed battery, bought a fake oil that caused sludge so the engine had to be opened and cleaned, changed bulbs numerous times(I don tire to change this one), changed brake pad, had exhaust leaks a couple of times I've had to fix.
So I will be shocked if any car manages to cover as much miles as I've covered in 6 months without needing any major repairs.

Politics / Re: North-East Govs Bemoan Inability To Try Boko Haram Suspects by AOB1: 12:11pm On Apr 18, 2021 |
santakris: Imagine for a minute that you are a trained soldier.
In fact, a Lieutenant.
You have a wife and two kids.
Now, imagine that during the quarterly rotation, you were sent to Bornu to fight insurgence (Boko Haram)
On this fateful day, as you were moving with your platoon.
There was an ambush.
Gun fire ensured.
You shot with all you've got. You know that you have a slim chance of surviving the attack.
As you were running out of ammo, you called john, your buddy, for fresh supply.
No response.
You glanced and saw John's head split into two halves. By your left is Barry, his torso turn and one of his arm lying 10 ft away.
With nothing to fight with, you made a run for it and took a deep dive into the abondoned crater while bullets were getting fired at you.
You passed out
When you woke, you saw yourself in the hospital.
The doctor came in.
"Officer, you are awake, we did an emergency surgery. We had to amputate you"
We are sorry.
You then asked.
'What of my team mates ?"
"Well, you lost 18 men and 2 survivors", the doctor replied. "You and Barry.
Barry is still in intensive care."
Now, 3 months later, at the defence headquarters.
Your commanding officer, General Gida told you. "You are back, lieutenant "
"Good news!
We rounded up all the terrorist that attacked your platoon after in another battle confrontation."
They are now in rehabilitation center.
"Can I see them?" you asked
'Sure!'
You got wheeled to the center.
They opened the door.
And yes.
'There they are!'
Across the hall, Young men in white flowing gowns were eating fried and Jellof rice with multiple chicken parts. Some were drinking wine.
Laughter filled the air. Having a ball.
You were told they will soon be taken abroad on scholarship.
Government sponsored.
As you were getting back to the generals office.
Just outisde the defence headquarters gate, you saw the wives of your team, now widowed, as they agitate with high voices and placards.
"We have been abandoned!" "Pay us our husbands benefits!" "We are hungry"
Just imagine all that.

It is the reality of a Nigerian Soldier in the corridor of terrorism.
Written by Afam B. C. Nnaji. my brother I just weak after reading this things you wrote here, I really pity Nigeria soldiers the Lord is their strength 1 Like |

AOB1: Please guys I need your advice, I am a government worker and my monthly salary is #55,000 but I usually get some allowance anytime I went for an assignment, infact am presently in one assignment right now and my allowance for this assignment is #65,000 so right now all my earnings every month for now is #120,000. but the problem am having right now is that I don't like the job because of the risk in it (You can lost your life at any given time) and also the job is not 100% guarantee because you can be fire at anytime, I also don't have time for myself and my family and the government did not have any proper plan for our future. So now am thinking of buying a car so that I can be using it for online cab such as Uber and Bolt because I have discussed it with some of my family and friends and they said doing Uber and Bolt is more lucrative(financially) than my present job and I am going to have time to plan for my future and also the risk in it is not as high as my present job. please note that I will be the one to be driving my car. Please your advice is urgently needed please you can also ask me any questions. Please my brothers may God bless our hustle. My brothers in the house thank you so much for your advice am very grateful, may God bless and be with everyone of you and your family |

If ur safety is not an issue, and the job is guaranteed, then I wouldn't say u should resign. U can buy the car and do ehailing as a side hussle. I guess when u aren't on assignment u have more time to urself, so u can drive more to cover up when that extra 65k is not coming in.
But with ur life at risk and nothing tangible commensurate to the risk coming in, u are better off leaving the work. Thanks bro |

Boss this call is urs, every business or job have their down sides, can u stand the rain, that should b ur first question. if you have ur car already, take a break from work 1 or 2 weeks, try your strength and see if u can stand this and sum the balance up.
What is the state of your car? How good are you when it comes to putting 2k together, u may gross 80k and don't see 20k in ur account, Lagos money... but if I see 120k job now, without risk, the only reason I'll do it is because of indriver, only legend will understand. peeps4u: The only reason I will support you to leave your govt job is the safety and risk you talked about. I don't know the job, but if it is as life threatening as you made it look, it should be paying way more than what you are being paid.
A govt job that's not 100% guaranteed sounds like a contract job.
May God help you take the best decision bro.
Apart from the safety and risk aspect are you telling me to continue with my present job? |

You have the money to buy the car You have decided to drive the car yourself
Soft work.....you will net 150k per month (At the moment easily) net of fuel and commission only.
Hard work ... You will net 230k per month (at the moment ) net of fuel and commission only.
The ball is in your court sir to make the final cut
But then it's not as rosy as my above statement .... So many downbeat comes with this hustle
Car issues (controllable)
Road referees (lastman, police,CBD etc) (manageable but you will fall victim to learn your lessons once or twice)
Riders wahala (manageable )
You can as well dedicate some time to read some previous pages of this thread to prepare you better.
Thanks bro I have been following this thread since early last year so I have learned one or two things here, Thanks once again am very grateful brother |
