I am really amazed at the way you people are mocking God with all these spurious, strange and vague understanding of the scriptures. Even though that verse can be found in the Bible, it is in the old testament under the law. Now we have a better covenant through the blood of Jesus Christ unveiled in the New Testament, hence we're no more under the LAW but under GRACE. The whole Bible is there for us to read with understanding if we have the right motive and are sincere. Precisely, you need the Holy Ghost to give you a clear understanding of the scriptures and this you can have if YOU ARE BORN AGAIN. YOU MUST BE BORN AGAIN. Do not read the bible like you are reading a novel or with the aim of extracting seeming contradictions (none anyway) through technicalities of logic.
