Religion / Re: Man Insists On Preaching The Gospel On British Airways Flight by AOsGrl: 3:04pm On Nov 02, 2009
Hmm

I see some people on here who possibly have never flown an international flight in their adult lives. Don't know how it in Nigeria never bothered to check but when you buy a ticket abroad, you are automatically consenting to the terms and conditions of flying on that plane. Violations of those Terms could lead to denial of service. Please check the small print next time on your ticket, or the little cards in the seat befor eyou or the airline's website.

Smoking and loud noise e.g music, loud conversations between two people, a category to which i would assume proselytizing would fall into on an international flight were most people are asleep would be prohibited.

This has absolutely nothing to do with being unchristain-like but has everything to do with obeying the laws of the land, the laws of the airline and respecting other people's boundaries.

Why didn't he even start with the person sitted right next to him? Afterall change comes one person at a time abi?
Politics / Re: Babangida's Son Arrested By Efcc by AOsGrl: 7:24pm On Aug 13, 2006
Sometimes the shortsightedness of we nigerians baffles me.

Don't Get me wrong oh. EFCC is a good thing because in the long run its objectives will come home to roost and no one will be safe. Not even Obasanjo him self.

EFCC has been used as a tool by Obasanjo to root out all his opponents from Dariye to Alams to Atiku and right now he's going for his EX Godfather Babaginda by starting out with son. Kasala go soon burst.

All i know is please EFCC should ask Obasanjo to explain where he got the money to purchase 200 million shares he has in transcorp. Abi is the job as presido of Naija paying as much as one would expect for the CEO of a Fortune 500 Company?
Family / Re: Adjusting To Life As A Widower by AOsGrl: 7:06pm On Aug 13, 2006
hmmm Don't let people rush you into something you're not ready for.

Like everyone else has said. Your children are suffering from this loss as well. Please concentrate on taking care of them and paying them attention first. And pray to God Always that if it is his will he should send you a mate that is worthy of you and your kids.

Politics / Re: Open Fight Between Obasanjo And Atiku: Bad For Third Term! by AOsGrl: 8:16pm On Apr 10, 2006
Is there no specific criteria or specific language with respect to what offenses would lead to the expulsion of an "ELECTED" (please note Elected is in quotes) official in the absence of any criminal activity.

Anywho when people where saying the Anti Corruption Efforts of the EFCC were primarily directed at the Anti 3rd term proponents (Yes even Alam Goat), people said it couldn't be.

I swear Fani Kayode and that Nweke guy are really beginning to sound like Chemical Ali in the days prior to the invasion of Iraq.
