samefiok: First, it is doable, and it depends on which area of the criteria you find challenging. Second, it also depends on your field of study. Third, the other factor is if you're looking for funding or not. You may consider St. Mary University in Nova Scotia or Memorial University of Newfoundland in NL. Conclusion, it is achievable. |

samefiok: University of Waterloo is one of the top universities in Canada, arguably among the top 10. All top universities in Canada are very competitive, especially for graduate studies. What determine your chances are combination of the following: 1. Bachelor's grade, particularly your GPA for the last two years; 2. Research proposal- relevance to scholarship objectives/research projects of the institution 3. Availability of supervisor, if your Msc is thesis based; 4. Number of applicants for the academic year 5. Quality of your recommendation letters These are by no means conclusive, but move you towards acceptance. 1. Ava 1 Like |

Cape Breton University is one of the Universities in a beautiful, but some town in Nova Scotia. The institution has its highest intake of students in 2022-2023 academic session, with Indians accounting for about 75-80% of the intakes. The facilities are have been overstretched and most of the classes are taken in theaters outside the school facilities. Accommodation is very expensive because of demand side is higher than supply. Job opportunities are rare to come by. However you can consider St. Mary's University in Halifax. It is a working distance to Dalhousie University, one of the top universities in Canada. 2 Likes 1 Share |
