Romance / Re: How Much Should I Consider Safe To Have In My Bank Before Thinking On Wedding? by ariwa11: 2:51pm On Nov 24, 2020 |
I laugh when I read peoples comment as they type rubbish, keep planning until when you loose the one you have and can't even call any girl.
I know of a friend who got a bank job and 3months after wedding, he was disengaged. I have a friend who was afraid of wedding and was pushing to give birth before wedding, what happened after the wedding, the child died. I know a friend who had all it takes and got married, He gave birth to a premature baby, they put the baby in incubator for months. What happened? He borrowed and went back to square one.
What if you see a rich lady, working and earning a leaving and after wedding during child birth he dies with CS of course no running. I am married, I married just last year, I trained my wife in high institution, she got pregnant along the line, I rushed and paid bride price, fixed wedding my wedding and still in school.

Politics / Re: Bayelsa By-Election: INEC Excludes APC, Clears PDP, 11 Others by ariwa11: 3:51pm On Nov 20, 2020 |
All these is for us to keep quite and enjoy what we voted for, right What of those that did not vote them into power What of those that have written epistles more than this your own What of those that have taken proactive steps more than this My dear, I don't argue in matters concerning Nigeria IamPlato: I will continue to say this till it sinks...
Let me make something clear to some ret@rds and imbeciles on this site, you can curse all you like, curse me and swear but not a single curse will ever mean a thing to me, you have spent your entire life cursing the government and Nepa but not a single curse came to pass but instead these people keep enjoying Nigeria’s money and scamming you.
I will never support your end SARS or end bad government approach because it is a foolish way of chasing victory, I have neither supported this government because from the start I warned against buhari and many of you today protesting end bad government once voted for this cow lover and may God continue to punish you for putting us in this situation and coming out today to play the victims.
You can tell all the white men about Nigeria but it will never make Nigeria better except the citizens take the courage to move and fortunately very few are ready and the rest of you are hypocrites. I remember sending a formal letter detailing a winning plan and tactics of winning the next election, I sent this letter to celebrities who I noticed were strong hold of the protest but not a single one replied…
Many of you are online warriors, many of you will not move to fight if others don’t move, many of you will not act until your celebrities tell you to, you are your own problem and you know it but keep denying it. If you continue holding on to lekki toll gate shooting and telling the world something they already know the Nigerian government will continue to fight you because they are also as angry as you are.
Even if you didn’t agree with them in this you agree with them in big brother show because they put that show to keep you all in a zone but you can’t see it, they know that all the youths know how to do is gossip, fvck and play, so they put all three in one house and allow you watch and enjoy your madness, when the house mates come out the governors start bombing them with endorsement deals and official government offices and appointments, what did they do in that house to deserve such? Millions of Nigerian youths have worked their ass out, studied and sweat blood just to have those positions but no they didn’t get it, only for people who sent 3 months in a house kissing and grabbing ads to come out and have those positions before the eyes of every poor Nigerian. You spend millions voting for housemates to win big brother but you can’t sacrifice little time to go out and vote for the right person and those of you that went to vote voted for problem… now you are complaining why some of us do not support you, may God punish all of you in mysterious ways.
And finally A lot is currently going on in Nigeria, a lot that dwarfs the lekki shooting so if you can make a plan to win the next election then do so but if you cannot then shut the Bleep up and enjoy the president you voted for…

Romance / Re: Is It Advisable To Date A Girl Who Is A Member Of Brotherhood Of Cross & Star? by ariwa11: 12:34pm On Nov 19, 2020 |
Advice advice advice, Sit down and calculate I am into a nightmare now courtesy of advice from experienced ones Ask yourself, if negative arose later, will you see any niralander to blame emkz: There is nothing wrong in dating her. Let me share a story with you that totally changed my worldview about them.
We had a member who used to live in our house. He didn't eat meat. And when food is shared to him during Christmas, he'd reject the stew (principles). Once in a while, he used to host his church members and they used to sing and dance and eat. We used to stay away scared of ten, but they always seemed happy. He always had family members around living with him, and even trained an outsider who was rejected by his extended family. He trained another cousin of his. As kids, he always allowed us to come to his apartment to watch movies and would leave us there when he was going out. We knew where he kept his key incase someone came and needed a place to sleep.
Something happened and he started losing weight. There was rumour that he had HIV because he had a weakness for women. He spent sometime in the hospital until the hospital could not do anything for him again. He returned home emaciated and unable to care for himself. Everyone, including his family, abandoned him. His girlfriend whose siblings he catered for abandoned him. No one wanted to go near him, including those who he had helped. My younger sister was very angry when the people he had helped were no where to be found, and said she'd chase any family member that comes to his house to eat once he gets well. She was barely 12 when she said this.
Then his church stepped in. Everyday, different members would come to look after him and clean him, bathe him, cook for him and spend time with him. They later took him to the church. Our neighbours visited him there and narrated to us how much he was cared for. Parents did not prevent their children from going around him.
He died in the church under the care of his fellow church members, who became his family when he needed one. He was a dedicated member of the church and despite his weakness for women, he was a genuinely nice man. When I used to walk around without slippers, he gave me money to buy and told me not to tell my parents (my parents refused to buy me slippers after I had cut more than six pairs). He was not a rich man, but he was a nice man. I will never forget him.
Such people likely make heaven than others.
So forget about the Brotherhood of the Cross and Star (I still don't know anything about their belief system) and assess your partner on the basis of her persona. Then find out about the beliefs, convictions and doctrines of the Brotherhood of Cross and Star. Then you'd realize many of us criticize in ignorance.
Don't lose a beautiful thing for something as flimsy as religion. There is more I can share about another white garment church, but it is irrelevant to this discussion.

Politics / Re: COVID-19 Palliatives Were Not Hoarded - Nigerian Governors' Forum by ariwa11: 7:09pm On Oct 26, 2020 |
U got me laughing Offpoint1: Who says it was hoarded before? They were being safe kept for the famine days coming soon. We all know our leaders are seers and prophets who sees the future.
The same way Abacha never looted, but saved for the future... The same way the palliatives were being "kept".
And all the news about "Hoodlums" looting those palliatives are all fake news, those videos circulating online are photoshopped by all these Nairaland 2k graphics designers.
The true story is those palliatives were being taken to safer places by good citizens, but some bad elements who wants to tarnish the good image of our good citizens term the process "looting by hoodlums" We the sane citizens know the difference between HOODLUMS and GOOD CITIZENS.
There was no shooting anywhere at lekki tollgate There was no hoarded palliatives anywhere There was no looting of palliatives anywhere There was no police burned anywhere There was no prison break anywhere Oba of Lagos Palace was never invaded, it was a movie scene. There was damage make to any bank properties anywhere, all was movie scene for the latest and blockbuster movie currently in making, to be released next year. The medias and bloggers are spreading fake news.
Make all us mad together... |
