Crime / Grants, The 21st Century Fraud In Nigeria, We Want Justice! by Arnold777(m): 10:34pm On Sep 01, 2022
>>>how men & women of God have been swindling poor Nigerians for 7 years and counting all in the name of disbursing grants to them.

Grants are financial Aids sent to various countries of the world for various reasons to help them solve world problems.
As for Africa and in Nigeria, Grants are sent to alleviate poverty in the Nation.

And some NGOS/GRANT Handlers have been able to contact some donors abroad to bring grants to help Nigerians out of Poverty.
But the twist of the story is that they never disburse these grants.

The painful part of it all is that before you’re entitled to benefit from these Grants, you are mandated to pay for it as a form of registration or logistics, and it has become something else in Nigeria as monies have been extorted from Nigerians under the guise of helping them out of poverty.

The kind of monies that have been collected from Nigerians for registeration of these grants range from 1,000 Naira to several millions of Naira in the name of disbursing "soon", "very soon" or almost immediately but unfortunately, it's been about 7 years right now and and counting but no single disbursement has taken place from any Grant Handler all of who claimed to have the funds, and more and more grants keep coming in almost every 6 months.

Currently, we have over 60 Grants in the Nigerian that have been subscribed/registered for but non of their so called handlers has disbursed to their subscribers but they continue to collect money from innocent Nigerians with the same routine of Promises.

The amount of monies these Grant handlers claim to have in their custody range from billions to trillions of Naira. And the amount of monies promised to be disbursed to subscribers range from N300,000 (three hundred thousand Naira) to tens and hundreds of millions of Naira.

The masses have suffered in the hands of these Grant handlers who are all men and women of God who own churches, and have big, big titles like Reverend, Bishops, Pastors, Ambassadors, Professors and Doctors etcetera, and yet, nothing to show for what they’ve promised the masses for years now and counting.

So many people who registered for these grants with their hard earned monies have died of high blood pressure and other ailments due to the continual delays in disbursing these grants. Now, it has come to a point where the we can nolonger take stories and promises from these individuals and their organisations. It is time for all these madness must stop! The we are fed up, we have exhausted the elasticity of our patience.

Some of these Grant handlers claim the Government is barring them from disbursing the money, others said it is CBN and our financial institutions, some claim it will cause inflation in the Country and the stories go on and on. We are tired, and we must expose them! We want them to disburse these grants as promised or come out clean and tell Nigerians the truth! We want to know why they haven't disbursed!

They must come out to tell us the truth. They have to tell us if they really have these monies or not! Let them come out and tell us when they will disburse once and for all or we shall continue to call them out, seek redress in a court of law where they shall pay for all the damages and inconveniences occasioned by their failure to disburse these grants as promised when we all paid and registered for their grants.

We’re calling the relevant authorities, every social media platform, all local and international media, Non Governmental Organizations, Civil Societies Organisations, human rights organisations and activists to hear our stories. We want a voice that can reach out to the donors of these grants to hear and see what these Grant handlers have turned themselves into in Nigeria!

WE MUST EXPOSE THEM AND THE GOVERNMENT SHOULD COME TO OUR AID TO HEAR US OUT AND INVESTIGATE THESE GRANTS AND THEIR HANDLERS IN ORDER TO PREVENT US FROM EMBARKING ON A NATIONWIDE PROTEST, SEEKING FOR ANSWERS/SOLUTION!

ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!

This is the Story!

Politics / Governor Pays Ssa, Others To Call Cjn Impostor. by Arnold777(m): 9:17pm On Jan 19, 2020
Mr. Orngu Anngu, a former Senior Special Assistant (SSA) on protests, presently a Senior Special Assistant to the Benue State Governor, Mr. Samuel Ortom has called the Chief Justice of Nigeria (CJN), Justice Ibrahim Tanko Muhammad an IMPOSTOR.

Anngu shared a picture of himself on Facebook today, Sunday 19th January , 2020, carrying a banner with the inscriptions "time to save our country from dictatorship" and also on the same banner, were photographs of President Muhammadu Buhari and that of Tanko, with a red cross lines on the CJN's photo, and tbe word IMPOSTOR written directly over his photo on the same banner.

At about 5pm yesterday, 18th January, 2020, a planned violent protest sponsored by the Benue State Governor, through the office of the Senior Special Assistant to the Governor on Student Affairs, headed by Anngu, to cause chaos in Makurdi, the state capital today, Sunday 19th January, 2020.

Recall that a planned violent sponsored by the state government, was uncovered at about 6pm yesterday. See link below.
https://m.facebook.com/story.php?story_fbid=2729934230383158&id=100000998228936

After the uncovering, most of the youths abstained from the show of shame but in a bid to impress the State Governor, Samuel Ortom and his party, the PDP, who had released a huge sum of money for the unnecessary protest to be staged to cause mayhem in Makurdi, decided to go through with the plan alone. See link below https://m.facebook.com/story.php?story_fbid=1812792432188313&id=379978912136346

We want the world to see what Ortom has reduced Benue to, and how far is willing to go to blackmail the seven (7) man panel of the Supreme Court set up to deliver judgment on the governorship petition case between him Ortom and the Benue APC Candidate in the 2019 governorship election in the state, Rt. Hon. Emmanuel Jime.

Politics / Benue State Government's Sponsored Violent Protest Turns 'one Man Squad' Protest by Arnold777(m): 3:19pm On Jan 19, 2020
Former SSA on protests and presently SSA On Student Affairs to Governor Samuel Ortom of Benue State, Anngu Orngu led a protest against the Chief Justice of the Federation, Ibrahim Tanko Muhammad CFR, earlier today (19/01/2020).

Recall that yesterday,18th January, 2019, i uncovered a planned violent protest against the CJN slated to hold in Makurdi today, Sunday 19th January, 2020 but the Benue PDP social media thugs in their usual way tried to discredit my report by insinuating that i 'cooked up' the story.

Today is Sunday, 19/01/2020 and here you go!

PLANNED SPONSORED PROTESTS IN BENUE ARE NEEDLESS DISTRACTIONS

The All Progressives Congress, APC has received strong indications that the People's Democratic Party, PDP supporters in Benue, disguising as Benue Youth Groups, with various pseudo names have concluded plans to stage a violent protest in Benue in the preceding days of the Supreme Court Judgement involving Rt. Hon. Barr. Emmanuel Jime and Governor Samuel Ortom.

The objective of the protest, we have gathered is to blackmail the Panel of Supreme Court Justices, create a tensed atmosphere in the state and court unmerited sympathy in line with calls by the National Chairman of their party, Prince Uche Secondus who has been lampooning the Supreme Court and alleging a travesty of Justice since his party lost Imo, a state PDP never won ab initio.

PDP has also alleged that the Supreme Court is bent on ceding more states won by their party to the APC now that the Apex Court is set to deliver landmark judgements next week.

We find this desperation very strange and needless as PDP has been the major beneficiary of controversial judicial decisions in Nigeria recently, which were received in good faith by APC candidates who were victims, without crying foul.

Few months ago, our party that was raped of victory in the 2019 general elections in broad daylight conspiracies, faced the trauma of being denied justice at both the Tribunal and Appellate Court, despite the overwhelming evidence we tendered before the court, yet, as law abiding citizens, we endured all, opting to approach the Supreme Court in absolute civility.

Now, getting to the finish line where their questionable "victory" would be tested, PDP is entangled in a web of inexplicable phobia, with visible jitters running down their spines; resorting to careless accusations of the court and the APC- led Federal Government.

It is our earnest plea that Benue has suffered untold hardship in the hands of the current state leadership and no one should again be tempted to create more crisis situations for the patient citizens of the state, who have already had it to their necks.

Our position remains that if the Supreme Court Judgement of next week favours our candidate, Rt. Hon. Barr. Emmanuel Jime, we will gladly seize power from the Ortom administration and provide purpose- driven leadership that will rescue Benue from the mannacles of deliberate underdevelopment; but even if that fails, we shall be peaceful and rebuild the party for future glories.

We call on security agencies to increase their tempo of surveillance in ensuring that no group of disgruntled individuals are allowed to take laws into their hands and act funny towards innocent citizens of Benue.

On our part as a responsible opposition party, we are peace- loving hence, we call on all APC members in the state to be vigilant, avoid troubles and report to security operatives any suspicious action of those who negate a peaceful society, as we maintain strong hopes that the Supreme Court will give us victory next week.

I hear once again, from the grapevine that some jobless, sycophantic and gullible Benue youths have been promised N500 each to protest and cause chaos on the streets of Makurdi in black clothings tomorrow, Sunday 19th January, 2020.

The news from the grapevine also has it that these hired protesters will be carrying placards with inscriptions like: "they want to take our god's given mandate away from us by force", "Democracy is in danger", "Benue voted for their choice and we stand by that choice", "our mandate is about to be stolen from us", et al.

No Benue youth should let anyone use them to cause breakdown of law and order as Benue is bigger than any individual(s).

Please if you have been paid or promised peanuts to cause mayhem tomorrow, or any other day for that matter then I urge you to please go back to whosever it is that hired you and tell them you are nolonger interested because if you go through with your plan, you and every single person(s) involved will not escape justice should there be any destruction of lives and properties next week.

Politics / Where Is Justice In Benue Election Petitions Tribunal? by Arnold777(m): 6:22pm On Oct 03, 2019
>>>Tribunal Judgements are for sale here!

The Okpokwu House of Assembly petition tribunal filed by the APC Candidate in the March 95th, 2019, House of Assembly election in Okpokwu LG, Hon. Theresa Odachi Ikwe against the Candidate PDP Candidate, Hon. Anthony Agom was decide in favour of the PDP today, 3rd October, 2019. [dem sell the judgement!]

The judges who sold the justice/judgement to PDP are, Hon. Justice R.O. Odugu (tribunal Chairman) and Hon. Justice Esther Tata (Member). Guess what? They are both women and they did this to their fellow woman (Hon. Theresa Odachi Ikwe)!

The person who raised an alarm that the judgement that was delivered/read out in court this afternoon was not the same with the one all three of them (the three members BSHOA petition tribunal panel) agreed upon several weeks ago when writing the judgement, Hon. Justice M.A. Onyetenu (Member), is a man!
See here: https://m.facebook.com/story.php?story_fbid=2497846420258608&id=100000998228936

Hon. Theresa Odachi Ikwe in her petition, proved beyond reasonable doubt that the respondent/PDP Candidate, Hon. Agom who was illegally declared winner of the March 9th, 2019 House of Assembly election in Okpokwu LG by INEC, is ineligible to contest the election in the first place, having filed three different dates of birth with INEC, BSU and NYSC, and for his failure to resign from Local Government Service Commission before contesting the said election, in line with the 1999 Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria (as amended).

To our women out there, where is the women right that women always talk about? Is women right only in principle?

Politics / 3 Pensioners Dead, One In Coma, Following Indefinite Sleep Over Protest In Benue by Arnold777(m): 10:54am On Sep 08, 2019
One of the protesting pensioners staging an indefinite sleep over protest at the gate of Government House, Makurdi (Government House IDP Camp), over nonpayment of their 25 months pension arrears has just collapsed during their Sunday service prayers session this morning (08/09/2019).

The collapse senior citizen has been rushed to the hospital by his colleagues as at the time of filing this report.

An unconfirmed reports also has it that about 3 of them had died as a result of cold from their sleep over protest in the rain.

The thunder that will fire Ortom's holy spirit is now warming up! The pensioners started the protest on 4th September, 2019 and have vowed that they will not leave the gate until the receive credits alert on their Bank accounts for their pension arrears of 25 months.

Politics / Gov. Ortoms U-turn On Nltp, Evident His Administration Is Always Confused. by Arnold777(m): 9:42am On Aug 19, 2019
The Benue state government on the 16th August, 2019, rejected the proposed National Livestock Transformation Plan by FG due to the Governor's hatred for Buhari/Herdsmen, despite explaination in details the LTPS document which had been made available with implementation guidelines, stressing that states were at liberty to domesticate the policy based on their peculiarities, by the FG delegation to the Benue stakeholders - they said it was "RUGA in disguise."

The stakeholders are a disgrace to our state, especially CAN, the Academia and the traditional institutions; people like Chief Moses Anagenda, Tor Kwande, Chief Ambrose Iyortyer and Prof. Armstrong Adejo who said the FG should start with rebuilding of homes, and other properties destroyed during "herders invasions" of the state.

The representative of the Academia, Prof. Amstrong Adejo of the Benue State University even said the word LIVESTOCK as captured in the document was "holistic" but the conclusion was particular about COWS. Based on the Professor's statement, it is evident that the stakeholders all perused the documents yet, they rejected the programme because the Governor told them to do so.

Today, 19th August, 2019, Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, Mr. Taver Akase claims the stakeholders recently met and studied the NLTP document critically, and resolved that the plan has other aspects of infrastructural development like resettlement of those affected by herdsmen attacks from which the state would benefit (if dem no study the document, why dem kon reject the plan at the mention of it?)

If what Akase said is true then why did these stakeholders not study the documents before hastily rejecting the programme? Why didn't they simply ask the FG delegation to give them time to study the document before concluding that it was "RUGA in disguise"?

Everything in Benue, including the so called stakeholders is a mess. Anyways,

Politics / Apc State Benue State Secretariat Invaded. by Arnold777(m): 9:37am On Aug 18, 2019
In the early hours of today, between 3am and 4am, suspected hoodlums numbering four invaded the APC State Secretariat in Makurdi, Benue State.

The invaders forcefully removed the window burglary on my office (Office of the Publicity Secretary) and ransacked the office.

They further invaded the computer office at the Secretariat scattering the systems and papers without making away with any.

The security guard on duty reported that they were asking for where "documents" were kept but could not specify the kind of documents.

After intimidating and threatening the security, they left with a promise to come back on another day.

It is unclear what their mission was but a formal report has been filed at the Police Station.

Politics / JIME VS. ORTOM Gov. Petition Tribunal: Ortom Chickens Out Of Testifying In Court by Arnold777(m): 11:05am On Aug 17, 2019
Gov. Samuel Ortom has chikened out of testifying before the Benue State Governorship Election Petition Tribunal after arriving court this morning (17/8/2019) for his testimony.

A few minutes after every one was waiting for the Governor to mount the witness box, his Lead Counsel announced to the Tribunal their decision to close the case without calling further witnesses.

This is coming after the Governor's star witness, Alex Adum Esq yesterday, 16th August, 2019, told the Honorable Tribunal that smart card reader (SCR) was not used for accreditation in the 2019 General Elections, and that use of SCR for accreditation was not mandatory.

Adum's claim is the same as that of the Petitioner, Rt. Hon. Emmanuel Jime (APC Governorship Candidate in the March 9th, 2019 Benue State governorship election), which is that the SCR was not used for voters accreditation, adding that data and or figures extrated from the SCR are not the same with the ones on governship election result sheets (Forms EC8A, EC8B, EC8C and EC8D), which led to over-voting, cancellation on result sheets, mutilations, and noncompliance with the 2019 General Elections Regulations and Guidelines.

Ortom and PDP's defences were based on the hallucination that use of smart card reader in the 2019 general elections for accreditation was not compulsory but now that reality is dawning on him that #Jime is coming, and that his (Ortom's) days in Benue People's House are numbered, he has closed his defence for fear of further contradictions and complication. grin grin grin
