Omiinii:

If you were younger Maybe around ages 16-18. You might a have a higher chance with the VO applying to colleges. But even with that IRCC don't consider all DLIs as equals. They give preference to more reputable institutions. So in order to up your chances it's better to apply to a university. Your visa refusals in the united states will not affect you if you declare on your IMM form that you have been refused. Use your SOP to explain you academic intentions, your study gaps, proof of funds and every other thing and you're good to go.

For more advice on the type of program you want to go for and schools you think will be best suited for you. I think you'll have to search on google or contact @lekiboboe our walking google

Thank u so much sir/ma
God bless

This is a nice ride OP. very lovely I must say.

I just thought I should let you know that Integrity pays cool

It'd have been nice to have the real odometer rating instead of rolling it back to attract unsuspecting buyers.

The car still has a lot of life to live with the original odometer displayed for those buyers that knows the worth of the car.

I think u get things wrong
Do u mean Nigerians can import cars with low mileage,
We need to grow

Lagos Interview
Appointment 7:30am
Date: 27th May 2021
US Student Visa Approved under 4mins

God showed up for me and I decided to post my interview transcript to encourage others who are applying in the next few weeks.
No Funding and COA is $51k
VO: Good Morning
Me: Good Morning

VO: Can I have your I-20
Me: Passed him my passport and I-20
VO: How do you intend to fund your studies. I can see here that your total cost is $51k
Me: My Dad is sponsoring me. However, he has made the funds available in my account few months ago when I started processing my I-20.
VO: what does your Dad do?
Me: He owns a Logistic, Haulage and Transport Business
Vo: Wow. Transportation? So how can he afford that kind of money?
Me: Well, it is not just a regular transport business. His company moves commercial goods for manufacturing companies from one state to the other.
VO: So did you apply to other schools?
Me: Yes. I applied to 2 other schools. University of Connecticut and Framingham State University in Massachusetts
VO: Do you have siblings?
Me: Yes. I have 2 siblings.
VO: what do they do?
Me: One is an accountant and the other is an Architect.
VO: what is your position
Me; I am the last born.
VO: So where do you live now.
Me: I still live with my parents (smiles)
VO: Pulls out white paper
Me: I stopped listening…………………………I didn’t know how I got to the car park to meet my sister.

That is my story………my $51k COA is relatively high, and I didn’t have any funding, Yet the VO didn’t even ask for my bank statement.
I wish everyone the best of luck.

Good morning fellow Nairalanders, I applied for an undergraduate degree in Computer Science but I was offered liberal art and sciences and general studies on my i20, the admission letter stated it boldly that, I have been accepted into this program rather than my first choice major. Upon the completion of my first semester and consultation with my advisor I may be re-evaluated for the computer science program.
I need an advice On what to tell the Consular

Asiwaju101:
My intended answer when asked Y did I choose the university of Idaho
Answer
Apart from being given partial funding
Firstly, I have spoken to all representatives of all 4 universities I got admitted into, professor Michael Dorathey of the university of Idaho was the one that convinced me more on what I stand to gain as an international student at the university, like practical and critical thinking skills, which other universities didn’t offer me, and I’ll be guided by nationally recognized professor , teaching top ranked programs.

Secondly I choose the university to Idaho because I’ll be able to immerse myself in hand on research beyond classroom, developing critical thinking skills, discipline and knowledge that employers want. There I’ll grow, learn and be prepared for my future career.

Social life is another reason I chose the university of Idaho, with over 120+ student clubs and organizations, u of I had something for everyone to get involved in, make memories and have fun. Explore all the ways, I can get the most out of my college experience.

Small size classes is another reason I choose the school, classes with 20 to 30 students, this is a kind of environment I perform optimally, where I’ll be able to interact directly with my mates and with my professors.

Another reason y I choose the university of Idaho is because of the state it’s located itself, growing up in Lagos with over 20m people in population, I know how difficult and hectic it is to study in an overpopulated state, meanwhile Idaho state with just a population of 1.8 million people has one of the best academic environment to study

Pls this is my intended answer if am asked
What do u think I should add, is this convincing enough?
Which of the answers is convincing
Pls I need ur opinions

Pls can someone just me something about this

Me: because that's the state my school is located
VO: is that y you choose the school?
Me: oh!there are lots of reasons y I chose the school (nods head, looks interested),apart from been given a 15k funding,
In terms of accreditation, out of the 4 schools I got admitted into the university of idaho has the highest accreditation a business school should have, which is the AACSB accreditation, its the association of advance collegiate school of business, this accreditation ensures that business school graduate learns from the best and are ready to perform at any time.

Having spoken to each representative of all university I got admitted into, professor Michael dorathey of the university of Idaho was the one the convinced me more on what I stand to get as an international student(nods head), like training opportunity, research opportunity, and some personal programs like critical thinking, that will help me to be a better person (cuts me off)

VO: do mean other schools aren't good enough?
Me: no, after my research on alll schools i find out that the university of Idaho suit my dreams best.

VO: Name the university you got admitted into
Me: Louisiana state university, park university,Murray state university, university of Idaho
VO: when did u graduate from high school
Me: 2015
VO: what have u been doing since then
Me: in 2015 I was 16 years then, the government of Nigeria impose a law on top university in Nigeria because of the. Security issues the country was facing as at then.
My father didn't want me to stay home for 2 years, he enrolled me in an ICT program, where I was thought computer programming and after then my father enrolled me in one of his automotive training center, where I have been.
VO: are u married
Me: (looks surprised) No
VO: do u have children
Me: No
VO: whos ur sponsor
Me: I.mentioned

He started typing for a long while, smile was on my face hoping I'll get the visa, to my surprise it was the reverse.
