Why not get a job with the trust, as a band 4 .........
Better tell her to get extra shifts for now with the NHS that brought her in,make she no go out herself for trouble.

Abiodunnn:
Hello people,

Please I will be coming in to London this January on a student visa with my child and spouse. Though my husband isn’t staying permanently at the moment.
My main concern now is accommodation, I’m lost as to which area to look at. I learnt that my area determines the kind of school my child goes to and all. Also, I’m pregnant which means it has to be close to a hospital too. I’m looking for a modest 1-bedroom flat, I’ve been checking Zoopla, SpareRoom, Rightmove etc. my school is in Central London.

I need pointers please
I hope you have things in place or someone to assist you when your husband is not there.

I have a degree in social work and I hope to work in the health and social care profession. Do you think I could get this? Although, I could register to practice as a social worker but I was told it's easy to get a job in adult social care faster than social work.

Enlighten me.
It is not impossible for you to get work in either. What didn’t work for others might just work for you. Just be positive.

Question alert!

I would be applying as a dependent through my partner's Tier 4 Visa, how can I switch to Tier 2/Health and Care Visa? Do all or most jobs offer sponsorships?
I think it is possible. You will, of course, need to meet the eligibility criteria for the new visa route. Whether you will get sponsorship is another thing entirely. If you are a nurse, might be easy to get sponsorship under the health and care visa but for others like health care assistant/support worker na long thing.

but did she give finger prints on that day? Yes or no.

The thing is, she can’t remember but she knows she travelled down to Lagos and the Agent is late now.

If she gave biometrics there will be a problem.Ask this friend to search for her rejection letter. When you say another name do you mean false or she got married/divorced hence name change?.

She used a false name. she was a minor then, about 16 or 17 and cant exactly remember if she did biometrics

A friend of mine got an offer from a Trust in the uk to work as a nurse and COS given, she is about applying for the visa but she is a bit afraid because in 2009/2010 she applied for a visit visa through an agent using another name, she was denied and cant even remember much of the detail. Will there be a problem if she applied now? and the part where they ask if she has ever been known by another name, how should she answer?
