Job Responsibility:

- Ability to process VAT LIRS/FIRS returns and make necessary payments.
- Ability to carry out administrative duties such as attendance mgt. and front desk activities.

Job Requirement/Qualification:

- B.sc/HND in Accounting, Economics or Business Administration.

2. PURCHASING OFFICER

3. PLANT ENGINEER:

Job Responsibility:

The candidate must possess the following skills and be able to carry out his functions with minimum supervision.

- Filling/servicing of cylinders and repairs as at when due.
- Ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Perform routine inspection of lubricant production equipment and machinery to ensure consistent and efficient operation/ functionality.
- Maintain detailed records of all instruments, tools and other maintenance equipment in custody of the unit, ensuring their safekeeping and proactively report any damage or malfunctioning item.
- Monitor stock levels of all maintenance supplies and proactively report on low stock for prompt replacement.

Requirement/Qualification:

- B.sc/HND in Mechanical Engineering
- Candidate must have 3 years post qualification in similar industry.


4. PROJECTS SUPERVISOR.

Competencies:

Candidate must have analytical skills, pay attention to detail, time management, Planning & organizing, and be able to Communication excellently, dependable, Adaptable and Flexible with focus and accountability.

Job Requirement:

- Carry out supervision of all department and project teams.
- Organizes and assign tasks to each team member and ensures proper preparations are made.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders on project progress and issues arising and coordinate meetings to resolve them.
- Acts as liaison between management and field engineers/Technicians
- Ability to prepare detailed plan schedules and set goals on project deliveries.
- Ensure Compliance to standard and timely completion of Projects.
- Inspects existing system, determines its condition, and verifies record and drawings for accuracy.
- Designs and supervises installations of firefighting pumps, sprinkler and hydrant systems
- Determines design requirements for fire detection and alarm, mechanical fire pumps, fire protection and suppression or electrical systems as applicable.
- Identifies standard details and develops new details required.
- Uses computer to run standard programs in order to solve operation and engineering problems as
required.
- Prepares technical calculations as required for determining service requirements, cable and conduit sizes; prepares designs and calculations for fire alarm and detection systems for conventional fire alarms, analogue addressable and automatic detection control systems and signaling devices; sketches circuit and schematic wiring diagrams for drafting by the design draftsman.
- Reviews vendor catalogs to identify available equipment's, components and system elements.
- Writes work scopes and detailed specifications for the fire detection and alarm systems, fire protection and suppression systems, and other related electrical and mechanical systems as applicable in coordination with technical specification and fire codes.

Requirement/Qualification

- Applicant must have a minimum of B.sc/HND in related field.

- Candidate must be certified in project management (PMP Certified)
- Must have 3-5 years experience with at least 2 years experience in Fire Alarm, CCTV and process piping.
- Proficient in AutoCAD.
- Proficient in Microsoft Project and Office applications (MS Words, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proficient in Project Planning tools

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Understanding of QMS processes
