An International Primary School in Lagos requires the service of qualified candidates for this position:

Responsibilities:
• Plan lessons in line with national objectives
• Prepare and deliver lessons to a range of classes of different ages and abilities
• Observe and record the progress of their class
• Keep up to date with developments in their area, new resource.
• Other duties assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum of OND/HND/NCE
• Entry level
• Good communication skills
• Experience in using computers

Main Responsibilities:
• Knowledge and application of financial, and administrative procedures
• Follow up and process payments (cash and bank)
• Prepare monthly consolidation of accounts
• Estimate cash requirements for the month
• Ensure respect of financial procedures and guidelines
• Initiate bank payments according to company's procedures
• Prepare accounting documents for monthly closing
• Organize and follow-up the maintenance and repairs on premises and office equipment (photocopiers, telephones, faxes, etc.)

Required Qualifications:
• Degree in Accounting or Business Administration
• 2 years work experience
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Proficient computer skills, especially MS Excel

Personal Skills:
• Team leadership and good communication skills
• Ability to work independently and with a sense of initiative
• Strong sense of responsibility and adaptability, able to work overtime when needed
