Tyga's dropping all kinds of excuses for not closing the deal on a pricey Calabasas home(see pics here) close to Kylie Jenner, but there are some strong signs why the sale keeps stalling out.

Sources tell us Tyga's been in escrow 3 times on the $10 million, 8 bedroom pad located in the same neighborhood where Kris Jenner, Kanye West and Kim Kardashian live.

We're told each time it gets close to closing, Tyga's got excuses -- such as being on the road or not getting paid -- for coming up short on cash.

It is not exactly a secret that Tyga has been struggling a bit financially recently. In fact, just before Kylie broke up with him (albeit, temporarily), a source EXCLUSIVELY told Michael Phils that he would never break up with her, and it has everything to do with money!
Tyga knows that if his relationship with Kylie fully goes sour he will never break the access, credibility and celebrity he gets from the relationship,” an insider revealed. “All that equals to dollar signs which trump everything at the end of the day in Tyga’s eyes. Kylie would have to do the breaking up if that ever happens because for Tyga it will be very hard to get a meal ticket like Kylie in the future.” Double yikes.

The Kardashian sisters meet with a psychic in Sunday night's episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians and get a message from their late father Robert Kardashian Sr.!

The medium, Tyler Henry, comes to the Kardashian mansion, and after chatting with Kim, Khloe and Kourtney about his clairvoyant tendencies — and Khloe's sense that she may be a little psychic herself — he says he can feel an other-worldly presence that's right there with them.

"This house has something in it," says Henry, 19, who stars in a new E! reality show called Hollywood Medium. "It's kind of an odd feeling. Right when I walked in, there was a feeling like there was something here."

He then tells them he's getting a vision of smelling a man's tie and "holding it to his face."

"What if it's Dad?" one of the sisters asks.
Khloe, 31, explains how she stays connected to her father even after his death in 2003, which hit her hard.

"My dad had hundreds of ties and I always smell his stuff," she says. "I have a jacket and his shirts and I haven't ever washed them and I just always, like, smell them."

First off — who knew vegetable steamers were so popular? Two grown, adult women got into a fight over the appliance during Black Friday. As you can imagine, it was not pretty especially since a child was involved. Even after watching the video multiple times, it’s still hard to believe that this is real. See pictures here

It all started after a horde of mad shoppers burst into the scene of a Wal-Mart, reportedly in Saginaw, Michigan, during the early hours of Nov. 27. At the start of the clip, one unfortunate shopper tackles the entire supply of vegetable steamers. The following stampede of crazed shoppers nearly tramples this poor soul, but the true ugliness was yet to come.( watch video here)

A mother and her child each picked up a vegetable steamer and were walking away from the chaos. Suddenly, a woman in a red coat comes up and tears the steamer out of the kid’s hands! Not content with stealing one, the woman in red tries to take one from the mother.

Naturally, the mom is stronger than the child, and when the woman in red realizes this, she tries to flee. The mom, rightfully so, is not going to let this grand-theft-appliance go down without a fight. She tries to take back the steamer, causing the woman in red to scream, “Get off of me!”

“Why do you got to be so aggressive?” the woman in red shouts. Uh what? Lady, you were the one who aggressively ripped the vegetable steamer out of a child’s hands. The woman in red even yells, “You’re scaring me!” Yes, she actually said that after what she had done.

Tyga and Kylie are slowing things way down after their near split last week, and he's already moved out of her mansion.

A source connected to the couple says they've decided things would be better if they increase their personal space by living under separate roofs. Tyga moved out of Kylie's house( see pics of her mansion here) last week and into a rental in the Hollywood Hills.(pics available )

We're told the two felt they were together too much and they were concerned they looked more like a duo than individuals with their own careers. Kylie's recent Australia trip became an issue, as they argued whether she should go solo or with Tyga.

A source close to Kylie says they never officially broke up, but the blow-up made them think -- a little space could go a long way.

MEN of the Lagos State Police Command have arrested 28 year old burglary suspect Olamilekan Olaoluwa after he got complacent and decided to sit down and entertain himself after breaking into a victim's house.See hilarious pics here



Mr Olaoluwa was arrested by policemen from the Iponri division after breaking into a house in the Ebute-Metta area of Lagos State. A Kwara State indigene, he had broken into a two-bedroom flat on Brickfield Road around 2pm, while the occupant was away, removing a Plasma TV from the wall and packed the clothes, wristwatches and phone handsets.



However, after gathering his haul, Mr Olaoluwa proceeded to the kitchen and opened the fridge where he picked up a can of Malt to refresh himself. He was still entertaining himself when the owner of the apartment came in and found the suspect with the loot.



She was said to have raised the alarm, drawing the attention of residents who beat up(See hilarious pics here) the suspect before handing him over to the police. Mr Olaoluwa, who claimed to have spent six years to train as a plumber, said he did not have a job or a place of abode, adding that he broke into his victim’s house because the gate was left open.



“I am a secondary school dropout and do not have a permanent place of abode but I sometimes sleep in the Oko Baba Sawmill in Ebute-Meta. I don’t always steal from people but I was passing by when I saw that the gate was slightly opened and that made it easy for me to enter.



“I broke the padlock and entered the sitting room where I removed the Plasma TV. I then entered the bedroom and took the woman’s husband underwear and wristwatches," he added.



After the owner of the home raised the alarm, the suspect hid himself in a corner of a room in the house but was found after an intense search. Some local hoodlums allegedly beat him up before he was handed over to the police.



Investigating police officer, Chukwuocha Augustine, arraigned the suspect before an Ebute-Meta Magistrates’ Court on four counts of burglary, malicious damage, breach of the public peace and stealing. Prosecutor, Corporal Kokoye Olusegun, said the offences were punishable under sections 305, 337, 285, 166 of the Criminal Law of Lagos State of Nigeria, 2011.



In court, the defendant pleaded guilty to all the charges. Magistrate, Mrs Fowowe-Erusiafe, ruled that Mr Olaoluwa should be remanded in prison custody until November 30 when the case will be heard.
