Frankly speaking, I cried for this country when I first heard about this Dasuki of a thing ! So if PDP had fielded lesser mediocre, SDP would have still gone ahead and support him just because money is involved! I am more disappointed in those justifying Falae than Falae himself. Hi VO, we did our traditional wedding May and she got her visa July, our court wedding October same year(2013), and my wife travelled to US two weeks after our court wedding with immigrant visa, though, she was already pregnant then(3months). She petitioned for me two months ago. I hope the sequence of events between us will be logical during interview considering the facts she was pregnant before traveling? |

Thanks. My O'level results carried just my first and last names, but when I got to university we were made to add middle name. my passport carried the names on my Bsc result. And my petition carried the three names too. I hope the middle name missing from my O'level will not be an issue during interview? |

hello VO, thanks for the prompt response the other time. The F1-130 was submitted late last month(July 2015) by my wife, and after 8 days she got message that her petition has been received enroute to California for further processing. My question is; When can we start tracking the petition? |

my wife is a green card holder and my daughter a citizens(less 2years old). is there anyway she could include our daughter birth certificate in filing 1-130? I believe this would hasten the waiting period if its possible. please your opinion..... |
