, 0 I have initially taken into account what you have stated in your Visa Application Form
when assessing the merits of your application. You have declared that you have used
passport number A4061307 before and have also declared that you have been refused
a visa before in June 2014. However, I have also noted that you have previously used
passport number A0627093 with the alias Date of Birth of 2810211957 to apply for a UK
visa. You have now in fact been refused five UK visas previously. You are required to . I
declare all refusals when you make an application for a visa to go to the UK and the fact
you have not declared full facts casts doubts on your credibility.
o You have provided a business bank statement from BE new in Christ Evangelical
Church as evidence of funding. However this account represents funds used for the
activities and running of a business, and there is no satisfactory evidence that these
funds are available to support anything else. Furthermore these funds do not necessarily
retlect an individual's personal financial circumstances, even if that individual is the sole
owner of the company. I am not therefore satisfied that this bank statement accurately
reflects your personal circumstances nor that the indicated funds will be available for
your exclusive use.
o You declare that your monthly income is N200,000 (£690), however you have failed to
satisfy me this is the case based on the documents you have produced. Look~ng
therefore at your personal circumstances, lack otprevious immigration history and·
documents submitted, I consider that you have not demonstrated sufficiently strong
social or economic ties to your home country to satisfy me of your intentions in the UK. I
am not satisfied that you are residing in settled economic circumstances that represent a
reason to leave the UK.
• I am not satisfied that you have previously addressed the above concerns.
• With respect to the use of differing dates of births and your non-declaration of previous refusals,
a legal letter with your fresh application states that this was an error caused by an incorrect birth
certificate. However, I do not find this explanation credible. From this letter alone, it is unclear
when or why your understood birth date changed, and also why you would not declare previous
passports and refusals associated with the previous birth date. The visa application form makes
it clear that all previous passports and all previous refusals must be declared. This damages the
credibility of your current application.
• With respect to your stated employment and personal finances, you have now submitted a
personal bank statement and not a business one. It is riot clear why' again both were not
submitted together to provide a clear picture of your overall funds and income flow. I also note
that there are no payments from your stated company into your personal account that match
your stated earnings from them, nor is there evidence of the origins of the other payments into
the account, nor is there any complementary evidence, such as tax documentation for you to
show the level of income you have declared to the authorities. Given all of this, I am led to
UNCLASSIFIED
- doubt the strength of your economic circumstances here, and by extension your intentions. in
wishing to travel now. I
• I note that you now state that a friend in Nigeria will be funding your visit. However, I note that
there is no evidence that you and this applicant have met, or previously communicated, except
for the purpose of this visa application process. Furthermore, it is not clear why, if you intend to
travel imminently (10 days after submitting your application) this sponsor would not have passed
these funds to you already. Given this, I am also led to doubt the state of your financial
sponsorship for this visit.
• Therefore I am not satisfied that you are seeking a genuine visit or that you intend to leave the
UK at the end of your visit. 41 (i) and (ii). Furthermore, I am not satisfied that you will be
adequately maintained and accommodated whilst in the UK or that you are able to meet the
cost of the onward journey. 41 (vi) and (vii).
I have therefore refused your application because I am not satisfied, on the balance of probabilities,
that you meet all of the requirements of the relevant Paragraph of the United Kingdom Immigration

Ma'am, I have no way of knowing. If I told you I changed the visa category, I did. But I don't know what your case number is and even if I did, I have no way of checking. If the visa has been issued, the first thing you need to do is check the visa itself -- there's nothing at all that can be done until you do that.

I have no way of checking to see if the visa category was changed to IR1. If you see that it says CR1, please ask them to reissue the visa in the correct category, or your husband's status will be conditional.

But I noticed dey are change the case created to December 2013 instead of March 2013 Created Date n case last updateted to 22 sep 2013 it's last updated on 21 wen it's on Admin Process my fear is hope he will not be issued CR1 instead of IR1 cos our 3rd year anniversary is few month now n I remember few months Ago here U vo hav help me changes D visa status after I made d requests!
