Hi Epi!!! Loving the recipes, Your thread is one of the reasons I come to nairaland!! The recipe for spaghetti auflauf is easy. I'll just give you ingredients for the quick way to make it, then you can add more if you want.

Ingredients.

Spaghetti
Mince
sausage
eggs
grated cheese
pepper salt
milk

Cook the Mince and sausage first, then boil your spaghetti(you can use left over spaghetti if you want a quick meal). Put the spaghetti, mince, sausage in a bowl and mix it. Pour it into a grease pan. Then mix the eggs and milk, add the salt and pepper, pour over the spaghetti and top with grated cheese. Then pop it into the over and voila after a couple of minutes, Spaghetti auflauf.


It used to be my favorite dish when I was in Highschool. Quick to make and yummy!!!^_^.

Mixed-Up Moods and Attitudes Pie

This is something I do when I want to cook  something real fast for the students.  I have no idea what it is so I call it Mixed-Up Moods and Attitudes Pie (very tasty). I do other Mixed-Up Moods and Attitudes stuff. . . .like soup etc lol.  Ok, I try to be creative

Ingredients

1 box  macaroni and cheese
1 small tin of corn
1 small tin of Bean chili
1 small tin corn beef
1 egg
Breadcrumbs
Salt and black pepper to taste
Onion (chopped finely)
Sweet pepper (chopped finely)
Raisins (optional)

Method

Boil Macaroni  and add cheese
Add all ingredients and mix well
Pour into a grease pan
Sprinkle top with breadcrumbs
Bake until done (350 degrees) or when tester/toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clean (approx. 20 minutes)
