You could get it as an additional document if you choose to work in certain sensitive sectors

You will be assigned one during check-in, at that point you can kindly request for a specific seat and the staff may give that to you.

Some won't though but there's no harm in asking

You dont need to create a scenario to justify your account if its your account truly. I have people who had 4 transactions over a 3 month period so be rest assured that your transaction volume is not a guarantee of your 10 points for POF. The major things to be wary of is the authenticity of the account if verified and the validity of the expected funds meeting the UKVI standard so you are not asked to show a recent statement after submitting your application.

The account is a new account for the POF, I started doing transactions with accout from 20th february. But the agent that wants to apply for visa said the statement is not good, that I should have made transactions with the account right from when it was opened. My question, does it mean if I apply for visa, I will be rejected?? Does one need to do much transactions on that account?
