Sir, my Ex-wife won US lottery in 2005 as single entry and we adjusted our status to married but before our visa Interview Appointment, we had misunderstanding which led to separation and later divorce. The issue is that she entered for interview alone and she was refused based on information that got to me. Sir, i was told that she told the consular that i was death and that was the reason i didn't come for the interview with her but she did not go with any evidence like death certificate, obituary, burial pictures etc to prove her point. Sir, i had to move on with life and later remarried to another US Based Lady and the relationship is with a female child of 3years old now and my wife got her citizenship just last month(May,2015) and she ll commence filing for me, sir, hope my past record won't affect my visa chance and we ll appreciate your candid advice for us to achieve success.
