I remembered the terrible experiences I encountered when I worked with so called sobic with thier peanut pays. In fact it was very horrible experience that I
don't wantt to be recollected again.

Their salary for CO then was 33k in a month with 3,500 in a week making 47k in month but I never for once collect 20k as a salary for few months I spent with them. The last salary I collected before I resigned was 2,700 out of 33k lolz. But I give thanks to almighty Allah for where am working today bcox that yeye 33k that they were paying me then is not up to my car fueling in a month. I use to see my colleagues that we worked together then till now nothing has changed in thier livies and they are still enjoying the sufarness in d name of no job in Nigeria even including my BM.


I am using this opportunity to urge the mgt of so called sobic to stop deducting thier staff salaries to cover default that the mgt know it not easy to recover. Imagine no collateral for thier loans and no recovery dept/team also.

And for u that is defending the company I will advise u to try to get job in another company to know how things Is going on. This is 21 century. I rest my case.

Imagine a reputable security company in Lagos invited us for an interview for an operation officer role on getting there they told us we are below 30 years that only 30 years and above candidate they need after we had waited for 6hours and they don't stipulate the age bracket they needed in the vacancy advert. Imagine they only told us they are sorry. ( morris royal security Ltd ).



There are many companies like that in our society but our labour leaders are just busying fight for minimum wages without having us in mind. Nigeria is not meant for common man children I must to say the truth.


However, I hereby call on any body that have power to deliver us from this Long time bondages before it totally get out of control. Nigerian graduate are surfering in the hands of employers of labor.

Stop spreading fake news if u don't have ur fact pls. UCH only conducted oral interview for doctors through zoom/ Skype and they employed all of them and they did it because of current pandemic as they need more doctors. So others profession should exercise patience while the management are working on the next stage of ur interview probably after pandemic. Be guide.

I was once a victim in sobic and come. I worked with them some few years ago when I just through with my NYSC back then. working with the company was so rough and though for me that time because I never for once collect my full salary from the month I resumed till the month I left because they use to used my salary to covered the defaults on my portfolio in fact my last salary that I collected was ₦2,700 out of 33k but the worst aspects of it was that I never knew the defaulters that I used to covered Thier default on monthly basis and my BM used to tell me that since the defaults was in my portfolio they have to be deducting it from my salary until those group clear Thier repayment. Walahi I never for once see them not to talk giving them loan. I wasn't the one that granted loan but I was the one that do pay for Thier default because my BM said they had ran away. I managed spent few months them and I official resigned.

What I gained from the work.

Working experience that lead me to where am working now with *4 of Thier salary.

I learnt not to quickly jump into any job I see

I lernt not to write any yeye undertaken that might affect me in future because they asked me to write an undertaken letter on my resumption day that any default that I incurre in my portfolio shall be deducting from my salary in which it can't never happen again.

But to say the fact sobic should increase the walfare of their staff because the way they treat staff is not good enough especially CO.

I am saying this in order for us to learn not for any act of defamation.

Anyways I wish them (sobic) best of luck because have moved on and have forgot all my money that sobic used to covered the defaults that I don't incurre.
