You need a measuring cup if you are worried about that. Plus after a while, it's more about the feel of the dough more that anything. If you don't have a measuring cup, use a tea cup. It's about the same. The most important thing is how much butter ratio to flour you use. When you mix the butter in the flour and you start feeling the flour crumbling in your hands, you know you got it right before adding the eggs.

5? You try I swear. I have that same pull up gear too but after a while you'll plateau so you need to switch it up. And a tip, when you do your push ups you need to go down all the way till your chin hits the ground and when you go back up, extend your arms all the way out extending your shoulders upwards. It's harder but you get the best result. Doing 25 would be a miracle until you get used to it.
