Meogom:

Thanks so much @duchess90 and every one here, my brother was able to pick up the passport today without any hassles.

Hello did you apply for visa with a passport that has less than 6 months validity. I'm supposed to resume in January and my passport expires in March, I'm due for capturing next week but I'm not sure I can get it on time. I want to confirm if I can apply with my less than 6 months validity passport. Thank you.

Guys please who can help me with a sure passport plug. My passport expires on the 21st of March and I learnt I need nothing less than 6 months validity to apply for visa. I already applied online to capture on the 25th of October at the Abeokuta passport office.
1. Who can give me a contact that can help fast track it.
2. Can I do a fresh application again if I find someone to fast track it at another center.

Please help me.

Please I applied for passport renewal online (64 pages 5 years) in August and got November 1st as my capturing date. I urgently need to use the passport before the end of November. I don't think the passport would be ready by then.
1.Please who can help with a sure contact that can help me fast track it.
2. If I get someone to fast track it in another state, is it possible to make another fresh application?

Please I would appreciate all the help I can get.

Hello mama's. I have been observing and reading this thread as a guest since I was confirmed pregnant. This thread has been very very helpful.

Today I decided to retrieve my password and give a review of mama Zaynie. I noticed most times a mama complains of baby shopping etc her name keeps popping up so I made a mental note to patronise her..

Mama's I did and absolutely have no regret whatsoever. I'm a First time mum who hates market runs and was also on a quite tight budget but she guided me in choosing the right and best products within my budget. Her prices are also very reasonable. I had absolute peace of mind shopping with her.

So if you're like me and hate market runs or a clueless first time mum, you can count on mama Zaynie.

FIN is a women only Facebook group created to change the culture of silencing women. It is a well known fact that women in this part of the world are used to "suffering in silence". FIN is here to change that. It is a group that provides support for women. All sort of "issues" are raised in FIN... Real life stories and challenges that women go through. It is a group where women come together to share their victories, pains, challenges and joy.........

When you have a group with close to a million people, there must be laid down rules and regulations that guide that group, else the aim of that group is defeated.. In FIN group you do not:
1. You do not make insensitive and harsh comments ( It is common sense for every well cultured human being to know this)
2. You do not give religious advice ( it is a group of close to a million women and I like to imagine there might be more than 5 different religions + some women might be irreligious) Imagine if everyone gives their own religious advice.... You become confused right? ...
3. You do not give unsolicited advice unless the poster asks for one( again I think this is common sense...) If a person needs advice they will reach out.
4. You do not share a woman's story on your Facebook wall or anywhere.. It is her story to tell and only she can truly give answers to the questions that may arise....

A friend added me to FIN group about 7 months back and I'll briefly describe my experience..
1. I have read a lot of true life experiences that has helped me to make better and informed choices.
2. I have seen women reach out to other women who have similar issues( e.g I've seen a courageous woman speak out on her experience having a child with special needs and you'll be shocked the number of women who know they are not alone and reach out too)
3. I have learnt not to judge people because except they tell you their story.... you are always wrong about them.

With this epistle of mine.. I hope I've been able to convince you that FIN is one of the best things that happened to Facebook. ( if not for FIN wetin consine me consine facebook). It is not true that it is a lesbian's group or they teach women to disrespect their husbands.. FIN teaches LOVE an TOLERANCE.

I SEE YOU SIS... and I hear you too. ( Disclaimer: I am not an admin... I'm just a group member worried about this erroneous information on FIN)

Hello everyone. I'm quite new here, I've been studying the thread for about 4 days now. I have some questions I would like to be clear about. I studied medical laboratory science ( it is on the CSOL and SOL list) and the assessing body (AIM) require that I send my documents for review after which if successful i'll be graded as medical lab technician and then invited to write an exam to be upgraded to medical lab scientist. ( the only venue for the exam in Africa is South Africa and I don't have that kind of funds). My questions are:
1.Medical Lab technician is on the CSOL list and the northern territory is sponsoring it.. Do I apply as a medical lab technician and if visa is successful. Write the exams in Australia to upgrade me to medical laboratory scientist?
