Hello house, do provinces usually consider secondary NOC for nomination? Especially Alberta. Thanks. |

Hello house, please I need help with POF. My husband was the initial primary applicant and he got a gift deed lodged in mutual funds from his brother. I'm now the primary applicant due to points, how best do we go about this please? 1. Should my husband write a gift deed to me showing that he's giving me the money? Will he need to prove source? 2. Should we maintain the gift deed from his brother in my husband's name? How do we prove that I have access to it? 3. Should his brother make out the gift deed in my name and open another mutual funds account in my name? Is it acceptable for my brother-in-law to gift me the money? These are the 3 options I can think of. Any other suggestions appreciated. Thanks. |

Hi experts. Is it sensible to change dollars now for POF or wait awhile? The current rates are scary. |

Good morning. Please who knows a reliable way to get a response from British Council? I applied for EOR since August and it's 49 days overdue with no feedback. I've called severally and sent numerous emails and I keep getting a response to wait. It's unfortunate because I don't have updated scores and the original can't be used for anything while it's being processed. Thanks. |

Hello house. I've searched for this but can't find anything online. Please does anyone know if I can send someone to British Council to drop my application for EOR? I'm not in Lagos and the person has all the documents. I'm just wondering if they'll accept it. Thanks. |

Hi Bellong and all, please help. I intend to pay back taxes for 4 years because my former company never remitted and they're not ready to do it. The records will all carry the date of which I paid, hence showing I haven't been paying them yearly. My question is would this been an issue with DHA? Has anyone done this and had successful visa approval? Thoughts please, thank you. 1 Like |

DoDirtsLikeWorm: Would you pursue 489 now if you had the chance or would you wait for 491? Is it more beneficial? |

Hi everyone! This is an SOS. I'm trying to take advantage and apply for the newly opened 489 category for Central West NSW. I'm supposed to make payment of 770AUD via PayPal. I just opened a PayPal account now to realise that I'll have a spending limit for some days and won't be able to make that transaction. This category was opened today and two occupations have filled up already. Please help me anyone with a functional account with no limit! Naira is on ground to transfer to you. I just need to use your PayPal account to make the payment. PM please. Thanks! |

Aub430: Are you applying 489 to FSC? They ask for certified everything and they're notorious; if it's not certified, they'll reject your application after 3 months with no refund. Please find a way around it if you can. |

jendy36: From personal experience, ACS will assess your APTECH diploma to AQF Advanced Diploma qualification. You'll still need a university course added to achieve Bachelor qualifications. Depending on your nominated occupation, your transcript details and work experience details, they might equate your work experience as part of your qualifications. Long story short, the best you can expect from them is Advanced Diploma equivalent. The way you package your work experience in relation to role will determine positive/negative assessment. Hope this helps. 1 Like |

Hi everyone. Pretty new here but I've read as much as possible from the previous thread to this. Thanks for all the information and support I have a couple of questions please. My apologies if they've been answered previously. I'm about to lodge my EOI for 189. My points stand at 70 with 5 years positive ACS assessment for Computer Networks Professional and 20 pts for language. From everything I've read here and elsewhere, it seems the wait will be long to get ITA because only 75 and above have been invited since late last year in my occupation. Because of this I'm considering going for 190. My question is about proof of funds. NSW and VIC is nominating my occupation. I've seen the required amount on their sites. Would I be required to provide bank statements or any other proof that I have the funds? I've seen conflicting info and just need to be sure as it will be a deciding factor on whether I can apply for it or not. Thanks a lot. |
