1. He can take the risk of payment before documentation, it sometimes works.

2. 5m is very fair

3. New allowance has been introduced. The least person should be 500k (Hardship allowance). Introduction of new allowance underway so please don’t discourage him.

4. Chairman has signed the List of new intakes and it has been sent to FCC for approval. Hoping the list will return this coming week so go to FCC and choke your commissioner.

5. Just on Thursday, someone who paid 6m for for this same agency demanded for a refund, he was told they can’t refund him the 6m. He can only nominate a new person to replace him & he nominated his friend.

6. This list is currently on the table of the chairlady of FCC. Call your connect to reach out to her very fast before she return it.

Please go ahead and pay the 5m. Am not in support of slots trading or buying anyways and I don’t sell slots. Don’t inbox me for slots trading.

Please someone should help with necessary information. I have bn on this ECA thing since June last year. I sent transcripts from my school although no tracking provided. I sent another one in march 14 2019 this year I have proof of delivery for that one.
But my client portal on IQAS is still showing awaiting transcripts with 27november 2018 as status date. What does this mean please?

Let's not even start debating on whether the salary is worth it or not. I have researched extensively on this company. I have people who even crossed from Total E&P to take employment at TOTAL CPFA.
(am not saying they pay better but it must mean something....) And whilst comparing TOTAL CPFA to other pension administrators let's bear in mind that in Nigeria there are only 6 CPFA(( closed pension fund administrator) . Let's even leave salary matter some job changes are not always about the money. tongue

Am sure we all applied for different job categories
This is a test of your competence. No amount of heads up will prepare you for the interview.
- know your onions and be very confident. Because questions will be asked as per your current job role and what you know about the role you applied for. Keep chipping in what you know about the job function as it applies to the company employing. Go back and read the job requirements for the role you applied for. My two cents
