As for state of emergency, the actions of the police have already imposed it. Imagine discharging all occupants of your car (wife and children inclusive) poles away from a police station and having them trek with hands lifted up to a reasonable distance past the station before they get back in the car.
My question is, Is Police supposed to protect their wretched stations in times of crisis or protect the citizens? Police men are intimidating innocent citizens whom they are meant to protect.

We are talking about a life here, a fully grown man, a lost generation and the pains of his family.Were the organizers not supposed to ensure the safety of participants at least? I suggest you register her in school and since you think so highly of yourself, you should be able to sponsor her or if you are the stingy type, tell her to work harder to pay her way through(only if u are truly interested in her).
