They sent me two emails with two different dates (14th November and 24th November) for the test. The venue is in Uniport. They put a professor's number as my contact person. I have been calling and texting this prof to get the correct date for the test but the man isn't picking up. I tried to email support@testmi.ng but it keeps bouncing back. Now I have to go to uniport to confirm something I could have done via a phone call or email. It's very frustrating. |

Most people are being offered contract positions. Only very few are permanent staff. That contract job eh, e get as e be. It's better than nothing though. binary007: |

Hiring managers should make the process short for entry level folks. We don't have the time and money to stick around in anxiety for months at a time. Also, we're entry level - if we're smart and eager, hire us and don't keep us waiting. It's been 4 months and...... |

Having a higher degree will increase your chances of getting a job in the industry. Having a degree in the UK is simply superb. I'll advice you to go ahead with your MSC. By the way, please what's the entire cost ? |

If you say so, what then was the reason for regularization ? FYI, SLT graduates from some other schools are being mobilized for nysc. |

The corruption and wickedness in SLT Unijos is just unbearable. Even after being regularized and given jamb numbers, the school management is still insisting we will not go for youth service. We have met and consulted with nysc officials and they confirmed that we are eligible for mobilization. The course has been accredited but the school management out of wickedness and corruption are depriving us of nysc. Can u imagine We were inducted last year by NISLT on the week that batch C camp started. Many of us have missed job opportunities because we have not served. It's just frustrating. We need to be rescued from this mess. 08110633421. |

In 2007 we were admitted into the department of Science Laboratory Technology, UNIJOS without Jamb and we were being classified as part-time students. They had been running this course over the years and have deprived our seniors of nysc. We paid outrageous fees and still faced serious discrimination. We fought for accreditation and finally got it when we were in 300Level but the school management said the accreditation did not include us and that it was for the students who would be coming in thru jamb. Much later, the policy of Jamb regularization came up and we paid 5k each and we were regularized and got our Jamb numbers. Finally we graduated in 2013 and the university said we are not going for youth service. After several meetings/consultations with nysc personel in Abuja we were told that we are eligible for mobilization because we had been regularized. But the university of Jos has openly refused to send our names for mobilization. After so much pressure, the registrar secretly sent our names without our jamb numbers, directing nysc to prepare EXCLUSION LETTERS for us. We received the information from NYSC and confronted him, he denied. We really don't understand why the University have decided to treat us like this. The pro chancellor, the former VC and some other influencial people have called on the VC and registrar to mobilize us but to no |
