FINAL UPDATE - I got the console back though not with the amount of games I negotiated/ expected and here's my overall feeling about the entire transaction.
1- Dude is not a scammer.
2 - His human relation and customer service is the worst I have ever experienced from doing business with so many people on Nairaland since I joined in 2009.
3 - If you don't mind delay in delivery, unreplied/delayed messages replies and all the shenanigan then you won't have issues dealing with him
4 - He delivered albeit way past delivery time frame we both agreed
5- Lastly and once again, he is not a scammer( won't run away with your money)

Just listen to yourself, you sent it around 7pm in the night on the 3rd of October according to the picture you posted yourself, I got it the next day which was on the 4th and I sent it back to you the next day which was the 5th. See I don’t have time for this back and forth, just do the right thing for once.

First picture is the date I collected it(4th October)and my complaint to you, second picture is the continuation of my complaint and third picture is me waybilling back to you(5th October).
Apart from the fact that you are a bad business man, you are also a liar.

Can you listen to yourself? have you communicated to me the reason for the delay? it's over 1 month ffs and you've ignored messages, refused to pick my calls most times and when you eventually pick you have not told me any cogent reason why my money haven't be refunded or returning the console with the over 30+ games that I paid for. Better don't waste your time, if you send an empty console without doing what I paid for then you don't know who you are dealing with.
How much time is enough patience in your book? You advitised that you have a hacked console ready for sale, I paid you and now its time to keep your end of the bargain you are talking about patience. If you need more time, you explain to the customer so they know what's happening, do you know how many of my messages and voice not of me begging and pleading for you to do the right thing is in your WhatsApp inbox ?

Imagine paying for an item over 1 month ago and you are still hearing stories whenever he pities you and pick you call. Over your own money that you paid o. The annoying thing is not even the money nor the console but his nonchalant attitude towards getting my refund or the console with the 30games I paid for. I even promised him extra 20k to encourage him to get the matter sorted in time because my son has been on my neck.

I have been stacking my evidences and witness to build a case against him, when I’m done he will not treat a customer this way again.

Messaged him on the 26th of September 2023 to buy a hacked Nintendo switch for my son and he quoted 160k for a hacked one with 10games installed, I told him I want over 30+ games installed and he said 190k and that it will take like 2-3 extra days to load the additional games. I sent him the money immediately and he kept giving me one story or the order after the 3 days he promised. To cut the story short, I got the console on the 4th of October(8days after I made payment) and to my surprise, this console was not hacked and it was only 2 games that worked, I messaged him immediately to complain and he said he gave the console to someone to install the games and he was in a hurry to waybill it that he didn’t check if the games were working or not( mind you, I paid for 30+ games and he installed only 14 on the console and only 2 worked out of the 14). I sent the console back to him the next day (October 5) and since then it’s been one story to another. He stopped replying my messages and when I call he won’t say anything reasonable if he manages to pick my call. I have requested for a refund of my 190k or at least the console I paid for with the 30+ games as agreed initially. I have been dealing with people I have never met on Nairaland here since 2009, I have never met someone that treat customer like this boy. He won’t run away with your money(or maybe he will cos I am yet to get mine or value for what I paid) but if you value your peace of mind and sanity better look somewhere else.
