Scene one:
(Months passes by and Sarauniya is pregnant).
(Everyone gathers at the Emirs palace and awaits the good news).

Dan Zaki: Congratulations your Highness, the Sarauniya is pregnant.
King Usman: (with a smile on his face) Finally.. so what is the gender?
Dan Zaki: ( making consultation and saying some Incantations).” ta ta ta rarara mugani mugani mana tararara waiyo yawwa haka ne”. Your highness, it has been confirmed that it is a baby boy.
King Usman: Alhamdulilah!! i am greatful to Allah for making it possible
( Usman goes out to announce the good news)
My humble people, the Sarauniya is pregnant with a baby boy.
Massive crowd: Alhamdulilah!! Glory be to Almighty Allah.
King Usman: Guards, serve everyone with meat and cold Zobo.
Palace Guards: As the lord pleases. everyone should line up for meat and Zobo.
( Everyone gathers to collect their share).
Massive Crowd: mungode sarkin mu ( Thank you our king)
King Usman: You are all very welcome my humble people.
( The king exit to the Sarauniya’s courtyard).

Queen: Good day your highness.
King Usman: Good day my Queen.
Queen: Hope you are doing well?
King Usman: Yes I am and I am so happy today my Queen.
Queen: (Smiles in shyness) Your highness I am grateful that you are.
King Usman: Thank you so much for making my dreams come to reality.
Queen: All thanks and praises to Allah
( Both love birds continues with conversation)

Before going straight to this tale, let’s look at the characters:

1. Usman: The Emir of Giwa Community.
2. Saudatu: The Sarauniya(Queen) and also the only wife of King Usman
3. Mariya: The daughter of King Usman and Saudatu , she is the Gimbiya of Giwa Community and the only child to the Royal family.
4. Dan Wanka: The Special Adviser to the Emir
5. Kinsmen: Mallam Adam, Mallam Umar and Mallam Yusuf.
6. Dan Zaki: This is the cleric of Giwa Community
7. Tom Bruce: He is the white man who went to Giwa Community with a bad intention.
8. Sule: He is the brother to Usman and he wants his brother to die by all means in order to acquire the throne.
9. Ahmadu: He is Mariya’s lover, he is an orphan.
10. Hauwa, Jumai and Juwairiya: These are Mariya’s best of friends.
11. Zainab: Mariya’s servant.
