juliuscapps: Ok thanks please can you be more direct with the process. Did you apply for admission first to a school of your choice before you got the scholarship. The scholarship comes with the admission from the school you chose?? Or it has its own entrance exam |
![]() |
juliuscapps: Hello please I’m interested in this.. how did you search for your school and course.. also is work experience compulsory? Is one to apply already and gotten admission before the next selection? Or the application to schools starts that January 2024 |

Good morning house. Please I want to make enquiries about Canadian express entry. I will be finishing my undergraduate studies next year by God’s grace. Then I will be 24 already. I have no other certificates and I don’t plan on doing masters in Nigeria. Also I have no professional work experience yet. Please what requirements can I start putting in place now that will make me more eligible when I want to start this process next year. Is a masters degree compulsory for the entry? Also, I have started learning French, will it help? I am an environmental biology student and I don’t know any certificates that are eligible for my field. Please should I actually wait till after I graduate to start making plans |

Lagbaja88: Thank you |

CountVersailles:Okay thanks |
![]() |
CountVersailles: I thought a masters degree is mandatory to be eligible? Does the other certificates get the same points as a masters degree? How do I research about the particular certificate that would fit my profile better. Also, please does the 3 years working experience need to be a professional job that is as well related to one’s undergraduate course of study? |

Please how do you guys manage to have a masters degree plus 3 years working experience all before 30 to be eligible for express entry. Please Is this express entry dream feasible for someone who gets his BSc at 24?? Is that age too late? 1 Like |

Nostradamus1: ![]() Greetings boss. How the goings. Me na hall 3 brethren before I move ![]() |

Eniolakiite: Yes my sister. Funny when I finished secondary school, I was 16. I used to fantasize about studying in Harvard too. Assuming I entered the university immediately after my secondary school, I would have graduated 2 years ago at age 21. Probably by now, I would have started my own US student visa process. But I had to hustle after secondary school, at a time T, I realised Bsc was actually more important for me based on the ambitions I have for myself. I had to take Jamb and run to the University, by God's grace, age would still be on my side when I finish then I start my American Dream proper. There are some situations in life, you don't need someone to advise you before you logically and realistically determine the right thing to do. 7 Likes |

I have been a silent reader because I know I have about 2 more years before I start my own process so I read the experiences of others so I will be prepared when the time comes for me. Even your mouth sef no good for people to help. Just drop your shenanigans and let the thread flow please. 9 Likes 1 Share |

Sanity and decorum should be restored to this thread please Justwise. Who be this boy wey dey make noise up and down. You think you are the only one that loves to school in US. Unfortunately not everyone has the money to fulfil the dream so we are just patient and waiting for the right time. .... Going there for Masters on scholarship. Stay there and be hoping for one father Christmas to fulfil your pipe dreams of being an undergraduate student in the US. See, I am a Uniben undergraduate going to 300level, right now I'm trying my best to graduate with a first class so getting a scholarship and admission will be easier for me when I'm done with BSC. At the same time, I'm saving money so as to have enough after my graduation to pursue my American education dream(Register for GRE, Ielts and the rest) I hate to say it but young man, you are derailing the thread with your pipe dreams please. I'm poor, I'm this, I'm that. Who e concern Abeg go and buy jamb form, finish your undergraduate here and plan to fulfil your dreams of schooling abroad by going for Master's. 13 Likes |
