It is self-evident that Akinwunmi Ambode has beaten hands down the record of Both Ashiwaju and Fashola and he has achieved the feat only in his first term. It would be politically suicidal if Ashiwaju were to accede to the pressure by his detractors to jettison a record-breaking governor for unknown pedigrees! The best thing would be for Ambode to be allowed to finish his two terms in office so as to complete his projects.
