I can make it easiest and fastest to get your travel insurance certificate with axa mansard.

After payment, the travel insurance certificate will be emailed to me immediately, within seconds. Again, how fast can it be?

Hello everyone , I'm a silent reader of this forum and i want to appreciate everyone for the great information's shared on this platform.
I applied on the 23rd of May and i didnt receive any application received confirmation email from the UKVI.
When i tracked in the TLS ..It states that my application has been transferred to the DMC.
I know ideally, it usually takes 15 days for the decision to be made but i am worried and i am currently on the 10th day .

Should i email the UKVI or give them a paid call?

Also i declared a past visa denial from Canada last year and i attached a letter of explanation of why i was rejected and decided not to re apply to Canada. Most people i have seen got thier visas in less than 10 days.. I am just worried. cry cry

The processing time for a standard visitor application is 3 weeks, and this is just an estimated time because some applicants get it within a few days after submission and some wait longer than the estimated 3 weeks.

Anyway, you should have paid for priority service since you're so impatient to wait for UKVI to decide on your application.

Some guys only have Coke money, but they are hungry for champagne.

This is one year I did my biometrics and applied for my visitors Visa to Canada through agent and yet know decision has been made , although other friends of mine that applied through him have either gotten their visas or got denied. During my Visa application he told me that Canada visa is 50/50 that I should give him little amount of money and if my Visa is denied that the money is not refundable of which I accepted. My question is, Is there any reason he is hiding the decision on my Visa from me? Although the way he is speaking through cell phone shows that there is know hope right now as there have been many Visa denial this days... What could be the problem of my vasa?

The probability that a decision has been made on your application is close to 100%. Go to the agent, and ask him to log in to your application portal in your presence.

Or ask him to give you your login information.

Myself and hubby submitted our passport for Visa via DHL on June 5 and got the below mail June 7.
Those that mean we are picking up our passport at DHL office or our application centre where we did biometrics?
Also can one of us pick for each other?
The decision envelope for your application, tracking ID No. 2024*******has been received from the IRCC Office on Fri Jun 07 2024 at the Canada Visa Application Centre, Lagos and is ready for collection.

Your passport will be delivered to the address you provided on the form if you paid for the DHL passport return service.

Or

You will have to pick up your passport in person at the VFS office if you did not pay for the courier service to return it.

I had enough money to support myself and I was planning to migrate through legal means. Had it been it didn't work out, I'd have eventually left Canada. I'm not a clueless asylum seekeer

If I may ask, how much is enough money?

This has always been our story from the beginning, and the majority of VO no longer falls for it. In the beginning, some of us claimed VIP status, but as soon as we received our visas, most of us went straight to the shelter, seeking government assistance by claiming asylum.

Go to the IRCC Assessment and Referral Center at 129 Peter Street to see for yourself. My brother, you will not believe what you see.

how capable are the private individuals?
Look at power, they know nothing other than profit profit and more profit.

However, the reason our government is worse is that it invests in no productive businesses for the country because they always have their family, friends, or associates to run the businesses and at the same time these folks go there to embezzle the funds.

Every national company our government is managing is operating at a loss.

Just take a look at our natural resources. For example, the oil that was once thought to be this country's blessing is now a curse.

Of course they did well, A bold step to come clean of what many had suspected and would have create a bigger drama in the nearest future.

We need our own indigenous airline. God willing it will be made possible soon.

The Nigerian government should hand off investing in all these elephant projects, but rather they should encourage private individuals to invest in the aviation industry. The UK or American government doesn't operate any airline business, rather they allow private citizens to handle that.

Then I maybe wrong, I've had it since I've been traveling and I remember very well handing it over to them over the counter when I traveled last time.

Is this a new rule because a yellow card is not required for Nigerian passport holders who are entering the UK with a visitor visa? I was in the UK a few weeks ago, in March, to be precise.

Okay. I was thinking I'll put just 1pound since I won't be spending anything and my husband is the sole sponsor

I put 1095 pounds for her but I explained that her husband is going to be the sole sponsor of the trip, and I included her husband's financial statement.

Whatever that works for you, the ultimate goal is to get the visa.

Thank you so much. One more question please, what did you put in the how much are you personally spending on the trip.

Good evening, please I'm in the same shoes now though I'm applying from outside nigeria. Want to apply for uk visa and my account is not available as i left nigeria last year and I'm not working here but I'm planning on using my husband account details with about 12kusd balance. Can I just submit that my husband's account as the sponsor? Note: my husband has a valid 2 years visa. Thank you

That was what I did in my big sister's case. I wrote in the application that she is traveling together with her husband, and that her husband is the sole sponsor of the vacation trip. The only bank statement used was that of the husband.

Yes, you can use your husband's bank statement. Write in the additional information section that your husband will be the sole sponsor.

Her husband can cover the trip, since they are married, so put that as her relationship status. They should get an affidavit from a High Court where they live in Nigeria declaring that they contracted a customary marriage on so-and-so date. Is she living with her husband? Gather all the evidence they have of their relationship particularly co-habitation (sharing the same address on official documents, providing support for one another, sharing bills, etc.).

Thank you. She picked up her passport yesterday, and her 2-year visa was approved. (First timer)

Nothing smoke screen here, even in a developed countries a notable business person cannot be humiliated like that, if it is America FBI provide security for him, FBI don't follow him about but they tell him or advice where and where to go.. Go and search Google, he is the richest youth in Nigeria today, no country humiliate such people... Thanks don't argue out of ignorance.

How do you know this guy is the richest youth in Nigeria? I know the guy is loaded, but because he makes the most noise doesn't necessarily mean he is the richest.

There might be other guys who are richer than him, but they don't like to make noise about it.

Please house, if you are scheduling a Passport submission appointment with VFS for a family group of 4. Does it imply that only one applicant that the appointment will be scheduled on? The note on the VFS appointment page says “maximum 1 applicants can be added for group appointment” and the site doesn’t allow me to add additional applicants unlike when applicant is scheduling for Biometrics appointment.

Schedule 2 appointments. One appointment for you and a child. Also, do another appointment for your wife and a child.

I helped my brother package his visa application last year in October, no biometric was done because his previous biometric is still valid till 2027. While waiting for a decision, he attended his US visa interview in December, but the outcome wasn't favorable.

I also helped him with the UK visa application in January of this year, but he was denied. Applied for the UK visa again in March and it was approved.

He got his 10-year passport towards the end of January, and he decided to pay for a new biometric for a Canada visa on February 2, 2024, and he did the biometric on February 27.

He received a PPR request last week even without reporting the US and the UK visa refusals because those refusals happened after he had submitted his Canada visa application.

Right now, it is easier for a camel to pass through the eye of a needle than to get an employer willing to go through the LMIA process.

Routes to take to convert visitors visa to permanent residence.
1. Get LMIA job
2. Student route
3. Truck driving route (shortage Occupation)
4. Romance route
5. Humanitarian/ refugee route
6. Personal support worker ( shortage Occupation)

Do your proper and independent research for better understanding

We read stories like this online, from people outside of Canada, and on the Nairaland forum, but the majority of people will now become stranded upon discovering that all of these stories are internet myths that diverge from reality when they get to Canada.

Sending mail or webform which one is okay ? I submitted November 30th and nothing till now oooo

Both are the same. Use email if you know the IRCC office where your application is being processed, if not, then use a webform, and IRCC will forward your webform to the right office for you.

Based on their processing timeline, I would suggest that you wait until May before you start to worry because, as of now, your application is still within the processing timeframe.

Note that processing time starts counting a day after biometrics is done, not when an application is submitted. Count 164 days from the following day after your biometric was done to see if your application is still within processing time or not.

What is the genuine source to book an appointment then?

I am filling out the UK visa application for a sister who is planning to go to the UK for a short vacation with her husband, but she has no marriage certificate. The sister and the husband did only the traditional wedding. The only thing they have are wedding photos.

Under the relationship status, should I put married for her or an unmarried partner?

Also, she doesn't have a good bank statement. Her account balance is about 150k naira, but she said the husband's account is good (she said his bank balance is 10 million naira and $9600 in his domiciliary account).

Can she use her husband as her sponsor?

They have a daughter together who is studying at the university. The husband doesn't need a visa to enter the UK because he has a Panama passport apart from his Nigerian passport. Their daughter is not traveling with them.

They owned a house property. The C of O is in the husband's name.

How can I help her package this application?

Getting an appointment is difficult you need to find a genuine source for it.

Is the embassy not only the genuine source to use?
