Lol, Muslim Muslim ticket will fail Tinubu...

If having a staunch Muslim in power didn't save Muslims from the evils APC ushered in, a fake Muslim wouldn't do any better.

An atheist is needed vote Atiku.

Atiku can pull such crowd effortlessly in Akwa Ibom, Atiku still remains the Top dog in this election.

He has the most acceptance across board.

mbos:

do you know the meaning of the adverb , effortlessly?

Atiku and the PDP has the strongest political hold on Akwa Ibom today, so yes I know the meaning of effortlessly

This is where one needs to be professional at all time.
As an enlightened, one should be aware of the legality of court issues like libel and slander.

You don't have facts and documents, you went ahead and talk against and unknowingly your future leader.

One needs to speak to data and attack issues and make projections rather than uncouth comments in the public space that will hunt in the future.

I knew Obi can't win, I expressly Saif that and not attack his person without cogent evidence.

Olusegun bleeped up.

Everyone knows the truth and fact, that you're benefiting from a malady doesn't change the reality.

I hope PDP or NNPP wins, just for the sake of manageable peace

This is an insult, not just to other political parties.

But a big insult to ordinary Nigerians that have had to endure the maladministration of this evil party called APC.

Vote APC for Continuity that's Tinubu's message.

Lol thinking Okowa wields any influence in this election might means you don't really know Politics as much as you think you do.

You are based in the north so maybe you don't really know the level of Politics in the SS/SE. Imagine thinking Southeasterns will vote for a Fulani after eight years of Fulani leadership or vote for a Muslim Muslim ticket because of lack of "momentum" like you choose to put it.

By the time Tinubu campaigns starts showing promise, the SESS will realistically look at the chances, before December all will be known.

It's in the best interest of SESS that APC doesn't return, SESS are more against MM than fulani man, that's why they want atiku to go for a single term

There's nothing wrong in what PO said, if Arise tv and channels can ask PO On live TV about the picture of a man standing on Nigeria flag, PO wasn't fanning division.

LP has been running a decent and non-inflammatory campaign, their main reps not overzealous supporters

SE/SS voters are fully backing Peter Obi, come rain come shine, 2023 election is more than normal election for many Nigerians. It's no more simply about the politicians, especially in the Southern Nigeria; a statement is to be made against the status quo (the big political parties) that has taken us nowhere but backwards.

2023 is beyond armchair analysts.

That's a fact? It's interesting seeing us becoming specialised forecasters and analysts on Nairaland.

The funny thing is how all our opinions translates to online FACTS...kudos for the facts dear.

The SESS have a VP candidate in this election already, so there's no reason to go for a wild goose chase and loose two ways,.

If PO doesn't garner real electoral momentum like Gej in 2011, SESS will abandon him, even he himself will drop out

So u mean to say SE/SS won't vote PO! undecided Or what do u mean?

As long as PO gets 50% of SE/SS votes, then it's game over for Atiku

SS/SE always give single pattern block votes, It's either 85% or 15%.

If it's Obi he won't get less than 85%, if it's atiku 85%

If Obi doesn't garner more support from outsiders like Gej did in 2011, SESS won't vote him, that's a fact...

Lol! Atiku barely won PDP primaries, if it wasn't for Tambuwal stepping down Wike would have won.. it had nothing to do with north but alignment of two ppl who outsmarted the other one.. Atiku is not a northern project, sentiment is rift presidency should return to south

Wike made enemies for himself in the north, from demolition of mosques, saying river is a Christian state to VAT issues and hot temper etc even some of his southern colleagues didn't support, that's why he lost.. it had nothing to do with north conspiracy

Tinubu's staunch supporters and strongest structures are in the north, believe it or not

The best margin Atiku can pull in the north against Tinubu is 50-55%

Alright

Dear Sis

I'm a northerner, Atiku is overrated in the north.. at best, he can only pull 50-55%.. you are being deceived to think just because his a northerner we shall vote him!

He lacks the "amana(trust)" factor.. APC has a very strong structure in the north, the likes of shettima, zulum, el-rufai, wammako, etc are ppl with millions of followers

APC senators, HOA, Chairman all badly need presidential election to go their way for their political survival.. hence, they do everything in their power to deliver Tinubu

I don't expect u to believe this, but I hope u bookmark this

I don't believe that if the north won't support atiku, they'd have allowed him clinch PDP ticket, when there are other popular Northerners vying.

The northern PDP caucus rooted for Atiku, and made a tambuwal step down..

I'm not a Northerner, but I reside in the North..
So my statement is based on political analysis and real-time feelers.

All the people you quoted all worked with atiku in 2015, "currently " saying Tinubu will get more northern votes than atiku, that's sometime I don't see, but there is still time for Tinubu to improve his chances...

I used overrated for Atiku because of the Southern votes.

No region in Nigeria alone can produce the president. Not North, Not South.

Why I said Atiku is overrated is because in 2019, nearly half of his votes come from the South.

Within those half, most of his votes come from the SW + SS.

Now he is not sure of any region bloc in the South, not SE, not SS, and not SW.

What is his winning formulae?

SS and SE Will definitely vote Atiku, once campaign starts and Peter Obi can't find his footing, things will unravel...
I want to believe 50% of the votes gotten in the south in 2019 is currently on ground for atiku, he just needs to reclaim the lost 50%.

It's easier for atiku to get his southern votes back, than Tinubu to get buhari's northern votes...

I might be wrong tho

Atiku popularity is the North is overrated and I can prove it.

Can you tell me if it’s possible for Atiku to win 80% of the votes in 5 Northern states as it stand today?

Why I say it’s overrated is because people are thinking he will do just well like Buhari which is practically impossible.

No one is saying Atiku is not popular in the North, but how popular? What magnitude?

I'm not comparing his popularity to buhari's, but using the word overrated for atiku's popularity, that's inaccurate.

Even buhari never got 70% votes in any northern state until 2015, which was only because of Northern agenda.

I don't see any candidate getting 70% votes in most northern states , would be 60:30:10 split in favor of atiku.

Atiku popularity in the North is not overrated, Tinubu popularity in the North is overrated.

Peter Obi's popularity is non-existent (only in cities with Christian population)...

What LASSA needs to do in Lagos is to copy what Soludo did in Anambra, where each presidential candidate is billed N10-million naira to place campaign posters anywhere in the state. I recall that the policy was greeted with cheers on this forum after it was announced.

In the case of Lagos, the state government should charge political parties nothing less than N50m, considering how much political activity is being anticipated in the state. If Soludo cand onit in Anambra, Sanwo-Olu can also do it in Lagos. I welcome the policy wholeheartedly.

All states should follow suit
