Hello, Not at all my sister. I was not aware of all these serious prep back in the days ..lol
Also, I did not travel from Naija ( I don't live in Naija). As per the cost, it was less than $10,000 (there about) for Doc, Hospt and Pead.
They have recently increased their fees but it still around 10k for Csec and less than that for V birth, they have also changed the hosp they use as well.
U can google and contact them for more info. If you still need mt help, u can PM ME or drop your email for me to contact you.

Thanks Sis.

There is no option of administrative review for visitor visas. You are entitled to complain if you are disatified with the service, however, this will not change the decision. You will need to re apply and point out the mix up. Perhaps if you post the refusal, gurus here can help out.

What was the reason for the refusal?

Thanks @ekpotek and @justwise.
The reason: am not satisfied these docs( ref to hubby’s bank statement) evidence ur income. Though ur business exists but they do not verify ur personal income/ the funds in d account are generated from this employment. Incoming transaction is more than declared income. As such not satisfied he intends to leave Uk after d visit.

By extension me and my kids got refused.

If a business man has 1m incoming into his Acct does that mean d 1m is his income? No. That’s why I think the eco’s reason for refusal is flimsy.

If you’re sure that your refusal was unwarranted e.g the reasons they gave for refusing you were unfounded then you can appeal for administrative review. Despite saying visitor visa refusals can’t be appealed if you have strong grounds and lay a complain (go through their complain page), you can be successful. My best friend got her refusal overturned after filling a complain. Took about a month but they overturned it.

Thanks for your response.
Yes am sure the reason for the refusal was unfounded cos the eco says Hubby under declared his earnings.
Pls kindly help with the site / complaint page so I can file a complaint? Thank you very much.

Good Evening house, this is my first time on Uk thread. I have gone thru several pages to see if any one has a refusal case similar to mine but didn’t see. I applied for Uk visa for my family sometime in Feb and my hubby being the sponsor. That wasn’t our first visa- we’ve had several Uk visas issued to us but we had a break (abt 8yrs)from visiting uk. Lo and behold for the flimsiest reason we were denied and slammed with No appeal and no administrative review.
We however heard That we can ask for a review becos it was too obvious eco probably got things mixed up. Now my request: @ justwise @frontpagelawyer and all the gurus in house, what email ad can I sent my plea for review to. Thanks for your response.

Going tru immigration i was abit tensed because i got my visa when i was 3 months pregnant, i went with my family with the intention of family vacation. I wasnt asked if i was pregnant. Visa's were approved for DH and my 2 kids. I had all my hospital correspondences and also sent the change of intent mail.

CBP- Good morning, whats the purpose of your trip?
Me- Vacation and Childbirth
CBP- Do u have any correspondences with the doctor?
me- Yes please.. i hand it over to him
CBP- He looks through and starts whispering to the officer beside him on if he has confirmed this type of letter before.. he replies by sayinh No. He then asks me to come with him, Secondary examination tins
After sitting for about 20 minutes,

CBP- You got this visa in february and this is July, why didnt you inform them
Me- I wasnt asked and that was not my intention at the time, however I sent a mail to them informing them
CBP- Rili, what was the response?
Me- Its not a crime to give birth in the US, bla bla bla
CBP- How much fo you hav with u
Me- 8900 cash 4000 card.

Me- In an Bank
CBP- You dont earn this much, you cant afford it
Me- I do.. nd my husband works too.
CBP- how much do yoi both earn monthly

CBP- stamps me in for 6 months and gives me my passport..
