I am just a new member here and am very interested in what you have concerning slimming down.

I work in an organistion where i mostly sit all day and rarely go out for lunch break and because of that i have started gaining weight since last year much more than normal.

I have at least three questions questions for you.

1. What really causes arthritis? I was just recently diagnosed with it.

2. In your blog- u mentioned Acai berry bottle in Nigeria.
What does it entail and how does it help in losing weight?

3. How/where can i get it?

Black Mamba, indian films are not crap neither is nollywood movies. But u have to admit that indian films have more flavour be it in their acting, songs, dance, etc.

I dont enjoy alot of nigerian films because of thier acting. it's fake. What attracted me to indian films was thier dance and later the stories its different and it portarys their culture. I wouldnt mind visiting one of these days.

hi u all, am new here but i would like to add that "the Gardener's Daughter" is definatelly interesting whether it was made in 1996 or not.

Pedro is annoying at the moment. Why should he kill himself over a woman who definatelly didnt love him and leave behind a daughter?

Pedro actually acted in "When You are Mine" as Deigo's Hand on the farm. He had a low hair cut. I cant remember what his name was then.

Louisa did act as Amelia when she (Amelia) was young and pregnant. That is why Amelia's Father keeps on saying that he has seen that face before.

I wish Louisa will just tell Venessa the truth or else history will repeat itself!!
