kelvin2yk: @all...I just called one of PSC officials now and he said they have given them directive to update the website today hopefully ...let us just relax and prepare for our training, let us shun and ignore those who deserve to be shunned ....

I was in psc this morning and I got the quite the same information with the mallam I saw in the press unit telling me to go and buy all I need as resumption Is blah blah blah u all already know and training starts 20th January....... Goodluck as we all wait to see what happens

He seems really confident and am with him on this cos it not everybody that has information here that share it with the house becos of cases like this when things don't go our way grumbling and abuse starts, at least let wait till the week coming to an end b4 you all start wailing your tongues..... @MJ you seem a very smart lady which I have come to respect and I will love to meet in camp Insha Allah but your advice to @efuawealth to resign and become idle while pray for PSC to call us is really not a wise one o.... (with all due respect ma)

What I was told by a stakeholder is that there is no problem, that the list is the final list . . . that update on what to bring along, date and training venue will come up latest before Xmas.

So, I used my discretion to sense 23rd of December, 2013 as it was in 2011 which is very ideal . . .

I was also intimated that supplementary list may not be published, that failure of some cadets to resume training within the stipulated period which is always 7 days will revoke their appointment and be replaced by those on that supplementary list . . . God forbid!

But who cares, its possible that some of us may be hooked up by "better" prospects as many opportunities are opening up towards the end of the year . . . e.g Scholarships for foreign academic pursuits, NAF, NA, NN positions, CBN, Oil and Gas etc.

So, I bid you my officers that whatever that you need to tidy up before these periods please do . . . as the day is just fast approaching.

I pray God in Jesus name to keep us not only alive but also hail and hearty before, during and after our training to serve our dearest NIGERIA . . .

adebayogani: @kelvin i appreciate ur view as regards sharing of knowledge and information which one can simply refer to as group tutoria.Although i will like to be an observer for now but i am appealing to kelvin2yk, chuchilala, urine,dr007, jude and other great ict colleaques in the house that we should make it a subject of action in the camp.An extra time should be created by interested fellows for this purpose at the camp by so doing i believe we will add value to our training for complimenting the ict training of npf with our own personal development.Thanks.

Boss Kelvin sorry to void all information u received from contacts.... Like I said I was in the DIG E Department (Training), CP E Department (Training), ACP E Department (Training) and the all said the same NO MONEY AND NOT ALL EQUIPMENT needed to facilitate the training as been provided and Moreover one of them said the year is already over so this year doesn't look feasible anymore but you never know he said.
Mr Pat the part of ur story saying till March/April is so false NO timeline and the training doesn't depend on any year budget. ALL WE NEED IS PRAYER and GOD's Intervention and the office with our training MEMO blow the dust of it and start working on it immediately. Thanks My Fellow Officer......

Yep I was the one in black suit and strip shirt...

With trying too feel important or seek attention, I was in the NPF HQ in abj today and I summon courage to wall straight to the DIG E department (training) office I asked his staffs and top officer in the dept who told me that preparation for training is ongoing and the equipment for training have not been fully provisoned And moreover the issue of fund is the reason for deal and the training is ICT intensive, first of his kind so the preparation is really big as the force doesn't want "half baked ICT professional" in his words.... So we that our name in the list should be calm.....
The scary thing he said again is the year is almost over so he can't but a time frame on when training will start. That all I can report. Thanks
