The email I used at the tls centre was different from the one I use for visa cos I had mistakenly registered on the lagos tls website instead of abuja. I corrected this when I went for biometrics but I had to use a different email address. I don't see why that should be a problem though. I sent them a message saying that my tracking status hasn't changed but they haven't replied.

if you registered under another tls centre on their website and then you had to give another email...you wont be able to track your visa application progress.. you will have to contact the UKVI people they will tell you if your application has been processed...
Although those tls guys will reply you but they may delay in giving you a reply...to get a faster reply i think you should send the mail more than once...i sent the message to them like 4 times and then i noticed they always reply 8am to 8:30 am...so if its possible send the mail like 7:30am...your mail will be the first they will see..atleast this is what i think...i also had the same problem with you...after waiitng for like 14 days no reply i contacted UKVI and they told me my application had been processed...i then had to contact the tls guys....also indicate in your mail to them that you had to provide another email...

HallengrAy, congrats.. When did you submit your document? Aspa when was your appointment date? And when did tls centre send you a mail to come pick your passport?

Fola10, I think so because when I went there a lady had paid for the prioirity service...although it doesn't mean that they will answer you fast at the TLcenter, you will still have to wait like everyone. Its just your makes your application to be considered ealier than that of others...

@thababe, you just need to go to your ihs payment page... You will see the refund button. Click on it....they refunded mine in less than a week.

i applied for a refund of my visa fees and the Ihs fees because of the change in the ihs payment procedure. my ihs fees has been refunded but my visa fee is yet to be refunded. i am worried as i did not apply for the visa fee myself. someone did it. hope account number is not part of the details needed when applying for the visa fee refund as the person who helped me did not ask me for my account number. applied for the refund since the 9th of this month.

also the issue of the 31 days policy attached to the bank statement, is it an issue if the bank statement expires while with them? aspa after submitting your documents and attending your appointment, if it expires before you get a reply to your application, is it an issue?
