*Description:*

Lead the analysis of data and information (qualitative and quantitative) from the community work and prepare the data assessment report.

*Requirements:*

• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills are essential.

• Good spoken and written English.

• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines at short notice.

• Excellent report writing skills.

• Good computer skills and competence with data analysis softwares including SPSS, STATA, Atlas.ti, R is desirable.
Knowledge of ArcGIS is an added advantage.

• Minimum of BSc in Social Sciences/development studies/gender studies or its equivalent.

• Minimum of 2 years experience in qualitative/quantitative data collection, specifically conducting in-depth interviews and experience in probing for clearer answers.

• Experience using electronic data collection softwares.

• Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills, initiative, patience and problem-solving abilities, diplomacy and good judgment.

• Good time management skills and ability to work under pressure with little or no supervision.

• Excellent report writing skills in English.

• Familiarity with gender and gender-based violence programming is desirable and will be an added advantage.

• Must be resident and have good working knowledge of the State and LGAs of interest.
Understanding of local language will be an added advantage.

This is a BI Analyst role dedicated to operational reporting and analytics. We’re looking for a passionate BI Analyst that can apply their data Illustrative and reporting skills to translate complex information into meaningful insights. Roles and Responsibilities:

Design, build, and maintain business intelligence solutions to elevate and showcase data-to-decision across the entire business

Deliver strategic initiatives to improve the quality and timeliness of data insights
Deliver continuous optimizations strategies that continuously re-invent data products and insights
Analyze business processes and analytical requirements that assist with decision-making processes
Requirements:

3+ Years of experience in a Business Intelligence and/or Data Analyst role, with a focus on analyzing and understanding business operations
Strong knowledge and proven experience using SQL
Strong knowledge of and experience with tools like Looker, QlikView, Tableau or PowerBI
Prior experience in designing and implementing performance metrics to track business or product KPIs
A fundamental in identifying patterns or regions in products or behaviors that indicate opportunities for business process improvement
Excellent analytical and forecasting ability
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Understand current data protection and privacy laws, e.g., GDPR
A degree in the information technology field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Math, Science, Engineering)
