if you are using your cooperative society. The money should be transferred to your account. There should also be a document showing you were loaned the money and you will be paying back monthly when you return to Nigeria

Thanks for the reply. What if I decide to use them as just my sponsor with another grounds aside loan grounds. What are my chances.. ?

Good day distinguished ladies and gentlemen, I appreciate all your efforts...I have gone through all the information on the thread. I have received admission for PGD in information technology(Canada) and getting set to apply. I intend to use the cooperative society of my organization w as mY sponsor and my Dads pension account of 12million as co sponsor and my pension account as 1.5million and some thousands of naira in my account. Please should I indicate on my sop or sponsor letter, that I will repay the money through monthly deduction from my salary for some years.

Thanks in anticipation.
Nairaland / General / Re: Getting An Affidavit, What's Your Experience? Get Informed... by bizboy101(m): 1:27pm On Nov 12, 2018

You can type your affidavit and take it there.

But knowing the office of the commissioner of oaths is the problem.

In most cases when you ask people for directions to the office of the commissioner of oaths they would most likely lie to you so that they can sign the affidavit for you and extort you.
This was very helpful. I went to Igbisere high court today to get the commissioner of oaths stamp for two guarantor form for international passport, I paid for two but was giving a receipt of 500naira. I wanted to request for the second, I just felt this is Nigeria and I don't want to attract too much attention to myself.
If in Lagos, go to the Lagos State High Court at Igbosere and enter on the road where TBS and Kings College is. Go straight into the Court, the commissioner of oaths'office is the first room on the left. She will initialise the document for you, then you will take your affidavit to the cash office office which is like two rooms to the office of the commissioner of oaths on the right. You will pay N500 so they can put the High court seal on you affidavit and take your affidavit back to the office of the commissioner of oaths who will sign and stamp your document.

I hope this helps.
