And to educate all you ignoramus, 87% of civil servants made up of GL1-7 collects 100% of salaries, GL8-14 have been collecting 75% of their salaries made up of 8% of the civil servants. Only directors and PS on GL15 above have been on 50% of their salaries. That is what the state can afford from it's income and it affects only negligible % of the civil servants, but IPOB youths and PDP miscreants will always engage their stock in trade which is lying so Osun indegenes know the truth and APC victory will be a landslide one.
