Just the current situation I trade on, weekend gap on Gold made trading this week very lazy expecially for me, I did not see that coming, was very exited that till after close, I checked put and sold gold till this morning, so profits on two days ok for us this whole week, currently checking out oil.

Are you saying that your team are on the trading floor at midnight, 7hours before official trades opening time to execute trades on clients accounts?

Now for the case of using Dukascopy/saxobank, isn'tit it absolutely weird for a hedgefund/bank to go through brokers to execute trades, ideally its usually the other way round. Can you please elaborate on this anomaly?

I won't share insight on this much to avoid derailing thread as it's already going that way now, these questions you can ask over the weekend, dukascopy is not ordering broker, as the are dubbed as bank too for portfolio manager, same thing with saxo, and don't think because you can afford to invest in hedgefund you will be accepted, there us due diligence. For stocks, you have specific time to close, unless you are doing Asian trades which will relegate you to Sub which you can access all trading hours, but once in main, you must keep to that time, hence reason I preferred doing fx from asia open, but this is done from sub. Once I'm in Main, I'm off anything FX.

That would be out of touch for now because of events of last week. You have access to Funds all trading day round, at same time, you have limits to what you can use and do in different market opens, go against that, the Ghanaian treat will be yours.

We have Main and Sub.

Main can be accessed only during opening hours, Sub can be access 24/7 as if we decide to trade Sydney and Asia, Sub is used, and the sub is also use for analysis by weekends, there is Mini for training too anyway.

Gold is retracing, just imagin we woke up 30 minutes late, I can't swallow the anger of seeing that, though we would still be in profits, but when you calculate the already refracted pips, you end up getting angry.

Don't get me Wrong, Dukascopy, Saxo are both opened, and this will be our first time of opening overnight positions on Gold or any currency this Quarter, and as long as you are not trading shares or stock, Metals, Silvers, Oil and some other instruments always open same time with this two brokers, For stocks, you have to wait for 0.7:00 and not gold and others.

Thank you, I have to set alarms because of this trade, I slept on time by 6pm just to make sure I'm here ready to close things with my good traders, alarms was fully setted to wake us up 8 minutes to Gold opening, if we did missed till the next candle, you see the way the next candle retracted? It would have cut the profits, So we were fully awoken 8 minutes to, and jackpot it is.

That Gold in fact have closed the week targets for us, my eyes oh my eyes, best bet on gap prediction for a long time for us, we did not place trades on Gold on Friday, but two hours before closing, after much analysis, when I got back from queries, we placed all buy and risking 1 percent, thanks to that, jubilation and closed for Monday trading in any instrument.

Let me cut the long story short, after several convos between us, based on trust, I gave out my official what'sup from company, which is not the causal whatsapp, and e-mailed him officially, but thanks to goodness I can't be daft to send you stuffs just like that using official company emails, without due diligence done, and the person was in a hurry to get me fired, do you know that I got to know the person was actually from Nairanland? He posted the screens and chats and profile of me, telling the company I'm exposing their trading offices and signals as against rules which I might have signed with them.

Unfortunately for him, profile pics I used on nairaland never related to me or company, and I stated clearly I uses my phone to access nairaland and I do not use company computers or internet to avoid issues like this, and this is the reason I keep telling people I can not post charts of the market like others in as much as I want to help, my chart will be quite different and from computers, and it might can be easily traced back to my unit.
