Please does any one has an idea to the reason why the TLS contact haven’t emailed me to pick up my passport
I was sent a refusal letter last week friday and I was told “Our commercial partner or agent will contact you shortly regarding the return of your passport.”
Up till now, TLS haven’t sent me a pick-up mail and today is Wednesday

What should I do pls ?

Please can someone answer my question on this
Should I go TLS today and ask if my passport is available because I need it back urgently

Good morning,everyone. Please, how long does it take to get one’s passport back from TSL after a refusal mail? I got the email last Friday. Yet, no pickup email from TSL. The tracker is still on application received by DMC.
Please, who has experienced this?

The same way me, I dnt know why they haven’t returned it, may I should go to TLS tomorrow, am just confuse

See me jubilating up and down when I got a call today that my passport is ready for pickup as if I did not pay for it � SMH. Just when I had till Monday for the deadline for my passport page submission. The truth is “if you really need an emergency response for your passport pickup within 1 week, be ready to place a heavy bounty. If it’s not urgent, you can take all the time to wait before it gets to your turn. It all boils down to materials availability since they all have a production department and 70% goes to those who knows who while the remainder goes to those who applied under the New year module. This is what I learnt from my case. Good luck to anyone caught up in this same plight. Bless!

I took my capture yesterday which was on the 25th of march but surprisingly, my collection date is next month which is 25th of April, that’s a month to collection
Pls help me, what can I do to collect it within a week

Yes I did, applied on 2nd of February and captured on 18th.

P.S: You can only capture on your appointment date.

pls what can I do, mine is renewal passports
