I used to buy products from AliExpress to support my business. Recently, most of my transactions get decline because the amount attempted to pay for some products exceed the approved cumulative limit by Central Bank of Nigeria (which is $100 per month on debit card).

I'm planning of opening a dollar account in other to exceed the approved cumulative limit by CBN. I want to know if I'm to convert my money into dollars before I can deposit it into the dollar account.

I've been buying at the rate of 320 per dollar through GTB debit card, and I don't want to loss money by first changing to dollar from Aboki at the rate of 490 or so.

Is there any alternative or platform for me to buy online that will exceed $100? PayPal cannot exceed 100$ per Month.

This was a case of MITM Scam


Someone contacted him ( warriorblood ) to buy bitcoins, he then contacted Vizboy and sent Vizboy account to his client and Vizboy with his intelligent contact Tabbaz and his team who did a good job. At last D owner of the money was contacted and bitcoins sent to him. Warriblood was busy denying being a middle man claiming he owns the funds. Thanks to the Anti Fraud team headed by Tabbaz and Singapore1.

MITM scam is everywhere. It means Man In The Middle. Those doing escrow should be careful as well.

I've been using Skrill for months and I've never had issue with it. Your account may be blocked if you receive beyond 1000$ without verifying your account.

And your reason for selling cheap doesn't make sense. Does the socalled risk stop exchangers from selling at exorbitant rate? Selling yourself cheap doesn't make sense.

If he adds you to a whatsapp group and you don't know the so called escrow, leave the group.

Do not agree to send part 1st as "testing"

If it's paypal you are buying.... Just pray the funds are clean and your seller shouldn't do a charge back

Finally, if your gut tells you it's scam, just believe your gut and run.
