My man there are a lot of reasons why you should stay in nigeria...,1) You are already 28 and you are meant to have your family by now all things being equal. At 28 its not easy without a work permit you will then maybe live another 5 year before you get legal status by then you will be 33 years old and uk is not a place where you can keep money it comes and goes incase you are thinking of saving its almost impossible2) Six months visa is a visiting visa without work permit, that means you will live illegally and you are a graduate trust me nigerian degrees are not recognised here even if there were accepted you still need a work permit.3) 1 million naira can start something just try and make it official i.e register a company and start anything at all even if its frying puff or akara (just joking but you get my drift) anything at all just make it official and open an account, if you need more money your said uncle will assist as long as you can convince him you are on point. Trust me in 6 months of running a business you can apply for a visiting visa and submit all your business related document its 98.9% that they accept and then you get your six months visa and visit the u.k and come back so that you can get 2 years meanwhile you have a business to come back to and from visiting the uk you will get some more business ideas to implement in nigeria. 1 Like |

How can a thread go from one thing to another? Well it only goes to show a typical Nigerian syndrome. THE ONLY TIME WE WILL KNOW ALL WHAT WE HYPE ABOUT IS NORMAL IS WHEN WE KNOW THE ANSWER TO OUR PROBLEM IS : PEACE + UNITY = PROGRESS |

A face me i face you house is a house with different occupants from different back grounds and not one family and they share amenities like kitchen and bathroom. The doors don't necceasry have to be facing each other it could be next to each other. Every nigerian that travelled abroad have lived in one and still live in one for various reasons, it could be because of being single and have no kids or partner so does not need that much space and pay unnecessary bills or he can't afford a flat even if he wants to live in one. Alot of people sell their properties in nigeria for greener pasture abroad and end up in a shared house(face-me-i-face-you). CHINE55: 2 Likes |

solomon111: Nigeria is racist, yet we treat whites like kings and queens in our country. My guy truth is bitter Nigerians are racist if not one of the most racist in the world. Those nigerians wey dey treat whites like kings n queens dey expect something or dey trip to see oyinbo or wan learn one thing or the other. Try walking down a naija infested part of london with a white girl and see how dem go dey look you like say you don lost or dey commit sin. Tell your white girl lets go to a naija club and she will be excited. na from queque she go dey ask you can we go somewhere else? I know nigerians that have never had a white friend after 20yrs of staying abroad. i can go on and on so my guy we are very very very racist racism is not as bad as tribalism 2 Likes |

These guys are innocent until proven guilty, not granting them bail is the best thing to do but does not meant they are guilty. For those wey dey talk rubbish if naija sentence these guys to life in prison na naijas for russia go suffer. Well let justice take place any which way. |

God/Allah whatever we wish to call him bless you greatly, this is what i have always wanted to know about and one of the reasons alot of people are still abroad not knowing what to venture into in Nigeria,We must remember Nigeria was formed from a company and mainly because of its agricultural produce that the white man then export to their country for packaging. I really commend the op for this post and will be following it.I will like to meet up one on one when next i am in nigeria you could be my ticket back home as the main thing holding alot of us back is what do we invest in that is consistent not temporary. i buy into all these idea and could you let me know the advantage of having a export license to united kingdom and opportunites derived from having such a license. Once again thank you for this post please email : ebolaye12@yahoo.co.uk |

that is why i wonder why christians are in so much denial..,mary was not a disciple or a follower she was his companion. Go and check what it means in those days for a woman to be a man's companion. And he didnt say she slept with him, it is only a figure of speech |

either she has good intentions or a game plan but any how na to her favor If governor develop her community na contract them go award and she go get % She dey genuinely vex for the governor for not doing anything to develop the community and that dey stop her % But lack of exposure na bad thing o o and na the generations wey go abroad and refuse to come back na im cause am Back then our leaders go abroad and they come back and they try to develop the capital according to how e be abroad These leaders only visit for a couple of days and the ones that stayed here weren't elites na labourer job them do(ibori etc) take go through school here and never mixed up with the elites or mps. Unlike our previous leaders and by that i mean our leaders in the colonial times they were elites and didn't kiss any bum, hear them speak and compare them to these lot, these lot speak like my grand mum wey no go school not exposed at all and when they come abroad they dont near parliament not to talk of number 10. Niger delta riverine regions suppose be tourist attraction with the right engineering but the leaders get to see that engineering to get the inspiration but if dem come england and south london you go find them for peckham, brixton, woolwich and other run down places dem no go go see how towns be to get inspiration on how to develop the towns wey dem dey govern. Its a shame the generations of nigerians wey no gree go back go settle na im cause am. Why do you think Fela was very out spoken its because he lived abroad and mixed up with people and still kept his identity, so when he came back and saw how the one wey dem use fire wood train go school wey be civil servant de live lavish while people dey suffer and im know say na only corruption fit make am be like that im challenge them. Ojukwu saw the oppression of his people and knowing that its because of corruption he tried to fight a selfless battle because he was exposed stood for his people Exposure is the biggest problem we are facing today in nigeria both leaders and the led 1 Like |
