Hello guys... thank you to everyone contributing and dishing out valuable information here.

Please I am at the verge booking appointment for document verification and I am seeing that fee is 500 EUR for two persons (joint verification for a couple), can I submit for my spouse too considering the fact that we are not travelling together for now due to financial constraints and also my partner is currently running a masters degree here in Nigeria ending in 2026.
All I am saying is that can I explore the discount or just proceed with mine since my partner still has more time to spend here in Nigeria?

I will appreciate your guidance on this. Thank you 🙏

Is either ways you can do it now or you can do it later

Does anyone have experience with VFS rescheduled appointments?

My long term appointment for last month (August 6th) did not hold because appointments were put on hold.

I am yet to hear from VFS(apart from when I email them).

Should I book another appointment, or just wait? I can see that appointment slots are open for September

Just book another one

I am applying for a student visa and using a sponsor. Please like how much minimum should I have in my bank account.
And can I use a statement from a bank like Opay?
Thanks.
If you re using a sponsor please make sure your sponsor have as much as possible because a lot of things is been put into consideration, because they don't expect your sponsor to use all the money in his/her account to sponsor you and secondly you can't use opay
Hey everyone,
I’m planning to authenticate my Age Declaration Affidavit and NPC certificate plus other documents soon. I’ve got the documents from the High Court and NPC. I want to be sure they’re correct. If you’ve already authenticated yours at the MOE and MOFA, could you share a sample via email? I can send mine too, with details covered. It’d be great to compare and avoid any issues before I proceed.
Thanks a lot! [/quote

MOE will put a sticker on the academic documents which can be scan to confirm the authenticity with signature MOFA will use seal and signature

Pls is there any other place to do authentication than Abuja uote author=BOS8 post=131592497]
No other place

This will be the last time am going to address this, Austria doesn't require block account what they require is proof of fund which is the same as statement of account...., just make sure you have enough money for your proof of fund for a single applicant the amount of €12,000-€15,000 is okay and secondly why stressing yourself down to Abuja to do your authentication have you considered the transportation, insecurity which is not certain you will be able to do it that because the kind of crowd that's at ministry of education on a daily basis is crazy

Please help me,
I am currently working on applying for masters in Austria.
I've gotten my age declaration, court affidavit and all documents are ready for authentication at Abuja.

I was just about going to Abuja for the authentication if my documents when I received a news that Austria now accept blocked account.

Please someone should clarify me on this, should I go ahead and do the authentication?

Ok. Thanks for your response really. Now I sent a mail to my school, and they said they don't require legalization on their part. Now the question is do I still need to do authentication/legalization with MOE or the embassy or its not necessary?

If your school doesn't require legalization then fine but you must still autheticate your docs at MOE and mofa

Dear Moniker, there is nothing like "best place" to do NPC certificate.
People have gotten NPC certificate in other states and the lawyers assigned to there cases have verified them and it came out positive.
If you want to advise,it is best you suggest people get digital NPC certificate which is done online irrespective of whichever state you are.
Abeg make we dey verify information before we dish am out as we get newbies here who go just go with whatever they see on this platform. Cheers.

Do you know how to read at all or is comprehension problem that you having the ones given to you at state level is not different from affidavit which is not acceptable is all embassy, Except from the digital one and what's your problem doing NPC in Abuja do you have problem with digitalised copy of NPC, Austria do accept state NPC certificate while Portugal doesn't accept it..., so what's your problem

The best place to do NPC certificate is Abuja because you will be given the one that has barcode on it and you can scan it all what you need is affidavit....,leave all this state NPC

Says who?
Don't give wrong info please

If you still need countries that accepts NECO, I will list it for you
There's one thing that's called recognition and validity, I believe you know what that means..., because some people do come online just read and leave without wanting to interact doesn't mean they don't know what they re doing..., so next time you ask questions you don't just jump into conclusion

Neco re largely recognized in Nigerian and SOME African institutions, it is also recognized and accepted internationally by SOME schools, so Mr know all what's is recommended is for you to check with your specific university abroad to confirm whether they accept NECO results and that's why I said is not recognised because your school have to accept it before you can use it

So please don't say what you don't know or teach me my work

Hi everyone, I have only a secondary school degree and I'm applying for a bachelor's in Austria. To authenticate my WAEC and NECO documents, do I need my secondary school to email the Ministry of Education, or can I do it myself? Thanks!

No need for you to Authenticate your neco because neco is not recognised outside the country
Good evening, everyone. I’ve heard that there's a way to secure an appointment date by buying it, and this person is charging up to 500k. Is there any truth to this?. Is this not a scam?, so I’d appreciate your advice.[/

If you need it you can and if you don't is not a must, at least no one ask you to pay, you can still wait and get it online is a matter of choice and not force
