Hello,

You seem to have a bit of complicated issue with SA visa, not sure how an embassy will state the bolded as a reason to refuse anyone. It always has something to do with the conditions you used your previous visa, well atleast you left on your own.

Anyway back to your questions, regardless of whether you submit the old or new , your details are on the system even when you used TC to travel avoiding stamps on your passport.

So you can submit only the new passport, your old passport number is always in the new one anyway, keep your old passport ready incase you get a NSF email and they request for additional documents.

The most important things is to declare your SA situation in your application and hope for the best.

UKVI knows were and what to look for if they are interested, they can always consults SA allies if needed.

Pray for the best and hope it isn't an issue

Cheers

Bless your soul my sister,am not planning on hiding any info about my SA visa, everything is in open….Thanks so much for always coming through God bless your true heart

Volunteer for 3yrs?
who was responsible for your feeding accomodations and your flight tickets back and forth?
Under what immigration section were you denied?
what was the role of your church during renewal process?
You need to come clean before you can get help

Loool… I sponsored myself from start to finish so forget how it happened.. No worry I don’t have much to say clearly you don’t know why I came here, the only answer I needed was should I submit my old passport with the permit sticker or not,it’s very simple and straightforward I have nothing to hide as to UK visa application… So don’t am sure I will get my answer as to maybe I should submit the old passport with the expired permit or not.

You want a genuine help, yet you lied all through your writeup.
i do not need to be an immigration clearance officer to know you are not straight.

1...You came home on TC to dodge question of over staying and possibly ban and deportation, obviously you came home on someone's details.

2..You do not need a visa to exit to your home country, your Valid passport is all you need, another childish lie.

3...I have never heard of Long stay visiting visa.

4.. What job did you engage in on that long visit? how were you able to sustain yourself all through those months?.

Just come clean so that we can tell you the honest truth before you go chop another forever ban from UKVI

Lol first of all I don’t have any reason to come here and lie because I won’t gain anything from it
Your number one point, I was advised to use TCto come back home because I have overstay during the time I was waiting for decision which was a year wait so obviously when I get to the airport and I want to fly it will automatic ban for 5 years which I don’t want such on my passport because I know I still want to use the passport for another country, nothing like deportation because I went myself that I was leaving their country and as for you saying I used another person’s detail to exit the country you are wrong I used my details so forget that I can’t do it,if you have ever heard of SA TC before go and ask or read about it to be more informed
Your 3rd opinion of you have never heard of long term visitor visa before, go and goggle SA volunteer visa and read about it,you will get everything you need to know about it, I won’t come here and be lying about what is not ok…
And you asking how I was able to maintain myself I have a good business running in Nigeria which I get money from and I also sell goods Instagram in SA to get money,I hope you know we are in social media age you can run your business online anywhere you are.. So oga don’t come here to judge me as if I carried the worlds sin on my head,na opinion I asked for I don’t commit any crime. My stay in SA was clean and straightforward just that I did not get my visa renewed which am not the only one in that situation and I left the country already…Reason why I came here was to ask questions as not to leave any information out on my application to the UK, I want to know maybe I should submit my old passport with the expired permit along with my new passport,is that too much to ask?? Oga abeg calm down no one is going to be banned in UK because I don’t lie bout my application. If you don’t have any contribution don’t come here and judge me you can as well overlook my write up and forget I asked for your opinion

Hello,

Although you had a long visit visa for 3years, aren't you supposed to leave after 90days?? Did you overstay? What was the reason for the refusing your renewal??

Addressing these questions will help

Cheers

The visa is allows me to stay in SA and work as a volunteer for 3 years and it allow me to go in and out of SA if I want for that period of 3 years, which I do come to Nigeria and go back for that period.. Note I work in my church as a volunteer the visa was given to me under the name of my church. So when I came to Nigeria 2020 to renew my passport I entered SA back to submit the renewal December 2020 before it expired in January 2021,I have already submitted for the renewal which I waited for a whole year before the decision came out and it was refused.
As to why it was refused, they are just not ready to renew visa for a lot of foreigners including Zimbabwean and co so the refusal does not apply to only me…Reason why I jejely pack my load when the decision came out because I don’t want to continue staying since I don’t have a valid visa again

Good day people of God
I am new here
Please I need your input on this my story
I have been living in South Africa since 2018 with long visitor visa of 3 years…They call it voluntary visa here…it expired 2021..But before it expired I put in for a renewal which I did not get the decision for up to a year, January this year…Anytime I asked about my application they are still on it no approval yet because they’re working remotely, so January this year I got the decision and it was refused,I was asked to appeal which I did but the decision is the same last month.. I had nothing to do than to go back home but I went home with TC since I don’t have a valid visa on my passport again. So now am applying for UK visa
My question is I don’t know my chances as per visa approval because of my passport as there is stamp of entry there when I entered SA back 2020 dec before my permit expired January 2021but my passport was not stamped when I was coming back home this year.Note my expired permit is on my old passport, because I came home to renew my passport that 2020 and went back to SA with the old and new passport but the new passport was stamped at the point of entry..Please should I submit but my old and new passport when applying for UK visa and back it up with reason why my passport was not stamped when I was returning to Nigeria this year? Please help your input will be much appreciated as to how to go about it

Please my people @justwise,@duchess,@solarium and other elders am waiting for your input, edakun I don’t want to miss it or be denied visa, am pumping my savings on this UK visa..God bless you all
