Education / Re: Studying A Levels In London by Boywonda: 1:32pm On Jun 26, 2007
Trust boy,
Thanks for your reply. I really appreciate it. It has really helped. Pls I will like to the name of the college your 18yr old daughter is attending and that of the other girl (starting in september). Do you have info about schorlarship/grants that can be available for non EU/UK students. Is it compulsory I pay the whole fees on enrolment or can I pay part and then pay the rest at a later date. What is your advice, really, on studying (A levels) in the UK.I have applied to 2 schools and am getting responses from them soon. Expect your reply soon.Thanks.
Education / Studying A Levels In London by Boywonda: 12:32pm On Jun 21, 2007
HI, am a Nigerian and i am interested in taking my A levels in the UK, London precisely. Recently my friend, a Nigerian told me she's taking her A levels in London and she is not paying ANY college fees (tuition). This is very hard to believe as she is a non EU/UK student(i.e, she's not a citizen) and what I read from the websites of the schools is that only EU/UK citizens are admitted free of charge. She claims she is not paying because she is under 19. Pls I need to know how far this is true. Can I really get to study A levels in london without paying college fees? I will also like to have information about studying (A levels) in london, the requirements, and any schorlarship, grant or loan opportunities that can be available for a non EU/UK student like me. Expect your replies soon. Thanks peeps!!!!!!!!!!

Congrats to her anyway
Politics / Re: Ngozi Okonjo-Iyeala: How To Help Africa? Do Business There! by Boywonda: 4:15pm On Jun 09, 2007
For me, I think the woman is a worthy role model! There are lots of biz opportunities here that Africans are not even taking advantage of. that is why foriegn investors come to steal the show.her resignation as minister of finance was a big loss to OBJ's govt. 'Madam due process' is another great woman. I think the new president should appoint people like this in his govt.
Am sure it will bring bout great development.
